   Everything we ordered was amazing. The patio is so cute and it was so fun to watch people walk by while eating. The only thing is the amount of duck we received for the price of that dish was small, but the taste was great.

   It took a long time to get our cocktails, and our table was right in front of the bar. Saturday night, and only one bartender. The bread was good, but it was cold and so was the butter, so we had to put it on in chunks. I ordered the duck with a cherry reduction. Very small piece of duck with mashed potatoes, and the cherry sauce was not on the duck, but behind the mashed potatoes and I had to separate them or they just ran together. The cherry sauce was ok- not a lot of flavor. The salads were good, and the service was very nice. Not in any big hurry to return-

   Great dinner at Petit Chou. My wife had the mussels and I had the steak, both were excellent. Duck fat fries, also excellent. Service was great on the front end, but lagged after the food was served. Drinks were a bit slow to be served as well. Table was not cleared for about 15 minutes after we were done. Not a huge deal, but something to note. Seems to be a very kid friendly place, so if you are hoping for a romantic and quiet dinner this is something to consider. It is not a huge restaurant and little voices carry. Would definitely go back and choose my table more strategically.

   We've eaten here many times over the last 15+ years, but this had to be the best meal we've ever had. My wife's scallop special was outstanding in everyway as was my pork entre. Cale did a fabulous job of waiting on us and the wine was exceptional too.

   We have been frequent customers since the beginning but have seen the quality of food prep slightly deteriorate and cocktails not filled but still charging more than any comparable restaurant or bar. The final straw, however is the seating of dogs on the same benches and chairs that human customers occupy with access to tableware and even offering the same blankets they offer to customers in patio seating. We love pets but don’t appreciate the lack of regard for health codes and sanitation.
