Persepolis ist nicht nur der Name der Hauptstadt des alten Persiens, sondern auch ein Restaurant in Berlin-Schöneberg, das authentische persische Küche nach traditionellen Rezepten serviert. Die Speisekarte bietet dabei eine vielfältige Auswahl, die von Suppen und Salaten über Grillspezialitäten und traditionellen Schmorgerichten bis hin zu Desserts reicht. Sogar eine vegetarische Auswahl gibt es in dem Restaurant in der Kurfürstenstraße. Der Safranreis mit Hähnchen, der mit Safran gewürzte Hähnchenfleischspieß oder die gegrillte Dorade mit Safranreis sind nur ein paar der kulinarischen Highlights, auf die man sich freuen darf und die man nicht verpassen sollte. Ebenso übrigens wie die Lammhaxe mit dicken Bohnen, Kräutern und Safranreis oder das persische Kräuteromelette mit hausgemachtem Brot aus dem Tandoori. Ein Muss für Fans exotisch-orientalischer Aromen!
