Was surprised that new restaurant was located in the hallway space. No view of the city, as used to be in the old restaurant and bar. There was no reason to place it on 19 floor without view. Service and drinks were very good.

Horrible job with the interior. It is not the same old iconic Nineteen. Sad to see such a wonderful restaurant turned into a lobby restaurant. Total fail! Rethink your strategy and put the restaurant back into the previous wonderful space prior to the renovation. Appetizers and main course were really good. 2 out of the 3 desserts were a complete fail. Service was great. Drinks were very expensive.

This is a newer dining space at the Bellevue Hotel. Space is small with tables only going down one wall. Decor is very pretty and there is a small bar. Service was excellent, not a large selection of food choices for an entree. I had salmon, my husband had a steak, both were cooked well and very good. They add an 18% gratuity to the bill. We also ate there for breakfast it was a buffet for $42 a person, again service was excellent but nothing special about the food, just normal breakfast fare.

Unfortunately the Bellevue removed a beautiful restaurant space in "XIX at the Bellevue" that was worth going to for the views, ambiance, space, and food and replaced it with what feels like an after-thought space in the newly renovated Bellevue hotel. It is still on the 19th floor but don't let that fool you. It is tucked into one small side of the building, no real views or anything special about the space. Doesn't really even feel like a restaurant, more like a side lounge space they decided to serve food at and build a small bar. The service and food unfortunately also feel like an afterthought, the service was INCREDIBLY SLOW, it took over 2 hours for lunch for 4 adults and one child. While it was nice to not be rushed as we were visiting with out of town friends, there is a balance to be struck between not rushed and feeling like you were forgotten about and this was not it. Given the location, it is not cheap by any means but the food is nothing special or anything to write home about. Overall there is nothing that would make me recommend this restaurant or have any desire to go back in the future, its honestly not even worth it for hotel guests unless your desperate. But given the location, there are many other options nearby. I understand the reasoning behind turning the old restaurant space into event space and leasing it to Cescaphe Catering, I'm sure they're making more money off it as an event venue, but disappointing to remove such a neat restaurant space and good food from the general public. The renovations to the Bellevue Lobby looked nice though.

If you’re looking for brunch, this isn’t your spot. Having dined at XIX for brunch in the past, I was expecting a similar experience but this was not similar in any way to previous offerings. Pergola is in a beautiful spot and is well decorated and comfortable but offers only a fairly standard buffet breakfast experience for an exorbitant price. While the food was good, be certain you look at the menu before you go so you know what to expect.

It’s a new restaurant, so I’ll be gentle. it just seems like they were understaffed. They had a couple large parties and it just seemed like the smaller parties got lost in the dust. The food was mediocre, tbh. Nothing amazing. It’s a beautiful restaurant, a beautiful setting. That, along with our server, are saving this review. Despite what I said about the service, our server was phenomenal. He was such a sweetheart. I honestly think he was just overwhelmed. He seemed young, but incredibly professional. Amazing. I wish I had gotten his name.

I don’t know if they were closing or opening. It was very empty. When I arrived there was no one to seat me immediately, I almost assumed to seat myself. After about 10 minutes someone asked did I need help because I was recording for content. The food was ok. The chicken bites didn’t taste seasoned at all. The salad and salmon was good. Maybe they’re still adjusting to opening. My experience was fair, It’s a beautiful restaurant maybe I’ll try again in a few months.

I went for breakfast and I had a terrible experience. They didn’t have anything ready and the servers didn’t know anything and were slow. They breakfast buffet is $42/person but there wasn’t enough food to warrant that price. They didn’t even have cream cheese for bagels!
