   Great food. Good, hospitable service. Delicious food, steaks (that Ribeye was bomb AF!), appetizers, and cocktails. Cool ambiance. Beautiful Harlem people. Went for a late lunch. Will have to check it out at night.

   I went on a weeknight but the food and drinks were amazing. The mocktails were delicious especially the Bissap Ginger Duo ( think Sorrel). We were greeted and seated immediately. the restaurant is beautiful and in the heart of Harlem on 125th Street! It does not disappoint!!! We tried: Plateau De Fruit De Mer: platter of oysters, clams and shrimp cocktail was delectable. They have their own hot sauce, which is VERY hot but tasty! Calamari: this dish which I love was a bit overcooked and the squid was a bit "rubbery" Mac 'n Cheese comes in a small cast iron skillet with a cheesy crust and just cheesy enough. It is filling, so share it as an appetizer. Absolutely worth a try Grilled Whole Branzino served light and flaky just the way like! The root vegetables were quite suprising but delicious touch. Grilled Lamb Chops were such a hit, that I saw were the bones. 3 people in our party ordered them. Rotisserie Chicken It's half a chicken ya'll! Seasoned to perfection and served the old-fashioned way with a "mashed potato" puree... Salmon Bernaise It was moist, not dry, cooked well and seasoned perfectly to pair with the brussel sprouts and potatoes. The bernaise was creamy and light.

   Loved everything about the restaurant- from the lounge area to the bar then the booths and tables - service was attentive while allowing guests just to relax. The food was great!

   I celebrated my birthday with dinner at PB Brasserie; what a delight! It’s a gorgeous space with the perfect touches of elegance and modern decor. All of the food we had was so delicious - from the calamari appetizer and salmon dinner, to the yummy cocktails. The cheesecake was divine and I wish I had ordered another slice! Great place & I will be back!

   My friend and I had an okay time here. The bread took one hour to come out and the food took and hour and a half to come out. I enjoyed my sea bass, but my friend didn’t enjoy her hanger steak. I wish our experience was better!

   Overall, I want to start by saying the food and drinks were excellent. However, I did encounter an issue with my reservation. Although my reservation was for 8:30 PM, I was not seated until 9:30 PM. The host repeatedly informed me that the wait would be just 5–10 minutes, which created a misleading and frustrating experience. I also noticed other guests waiting over an hour for seating. While I would love to return, I believe improved crowd management is essential to enhance the customer experience. On a positive note, I discovered this venue through TikTok, and it certainly lived up to its aesthetic appeal. The ambiance was beautiful, and the DJ on Saturday night was fantastic.

    I visited PB Brassiere on 1/25 with two friends. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and the staff was very friendly. Although we had a 7pm reservation, we waited 15-20 minutes for our table. There were several groups of 6 or more parties and so tables were squeezed tightly together to accommodate more guests. It was extremely loud so much so that you couldn't easily hear the person sitting right next to you. We ordered the seafood risotto, grilled lamb chops, crispy calamari, tuna tartar, and caesar salad . All were very bland and not very flavorful. We also ordered two cocktails- the Litchi Love and Harlem Soul both of which contained little to zero alcohol. Our overall dining experience, given the cost, was very disappointing. I most likely will not revisit PB Brassiere nor would I recommend this restaurant.
