   Lamentablemente estaban cortos de personal y el restautante estaba muy lleno. Era imposible que solo tres personas pudieran atender a todo el mundo (adentro y afuera), siendo bartender, meseros y runner a la vez y quedar bien con todos. Esto hizo la experiencia no agradable y hasta molesta. Solo pudimos degustar un trago y estaba bueno.

   Hoy tuvimos el placer de ser atendidos por dos bartenders, Ian y José, que realmente elevaron nuestra experiencia en el local. A pesar de la gran cantidad de personas presentes y la demora en la cocina, su servicio fue impecable. Ambos mostraron una gran destreza, mantuvieron una actitud amable y empatía en todo momento y lograron que nuestra espera fuera mucho más agradable. No solo prepararon bebidas deliciosas con una excelente presentación, sino que también estuvieron atentos a las necesidades de nosotros y todos los clientes, asegurándose de que nos sintiéramos bien atendidos. Sin duda, su dedicación y habilidad para manejar situaciones complicadas son dignas de reconocer. ¡Un aplauso para ellos! ¡Volvemos solo por ellos!

   Everything from the decor to the ambiance and service was amazing! Amazing food and drinks made with care! Definitely worth stopping in at least a few times while in Puerto Rico!

   The spaces has to be updated. Teared wall paper, there was water from the restroom in the entrance floor. Cocktails aren’t how I remembered. Too expensive for the experience. The service was good but definitely won’t return.
