        Made a reservation about a month ago for my Fiancé’s birthday. Showed up and the restaurant was closed, no explanation or notice from the restaurant. Super disappointing, and unprofessional.

        I reserved the tasting menu a month in advance for my wife’s birthday, with OpenTable taking a credit card deposit and even confirming the reservation the day before. However, when we arrived on Saturday, we found out the restaurant was closed. We had traveled a long way, and it was incredibly disappointing and frustrating. This was a major letdown both from OpenTable and the resturants management for failing to notify us about the closure. Very poor experience overall.

        I booked a reservation at Pastiche for a birthday dinner on a Friday night. However, when we arrived at the restaurant it was locked and closed. We did not receive any notice of the restaurant being closed despite our reservation. Very disappointing considering this was a birthday dinner schedule at prime time on a Friday night.

        The restaraunt was closed when we showed up. We did not receive any notice at all. The next day on good it said Tenporarily Closed. It's been 3 days now and still not a single communication attempt has been made from the restaraunts side.
