   The place inside was excellent; the food was not as much as I expected, but the waitress was super friendly and made us feel welcome Unlike the host, who, even though I made the reservation within 5 days before, initially suggested that I wait for my table. Thank god someone else came along and helped us. I told her how she made me feel, and she dismissed what I told her In the end, I do believe that set the tone for our experience

   Beware, scammer server!! Check your credit card statements. Went here on Christmas Eve, the bill was $84.25. Decided to leave a cash tip of $30 (~35%) Wrote cash tip on the receipt and signed it. Looked at my statement and the server added another $14 tip herself, bringing the total tip to $44 or 52%. Her name is Sophie. Talked to the restaurant, and after they looked into it, they refund the added $14. After I explained how ridiculous this is and repeated how much of a tip I left because it was Christmas Eve since I appreciated the staff being there and then the total tip Sophie felt entitled to, Doug, who I spoke with, offered to refund the total bill, but I refused. Not the point…they employ a scammer, her name is Sophie, just to repeat that again. Check your receipt, especially if you get Sophie as your server!! Merry Christmas to me! Guess that’s what I get for being generous and leaving cash. 🤷🏽‍♂️

   The service was awful, with multiple tables empty no server came to ask for water till we requested it twice. It took us almost 25 minutes to catch someone's attention. The Chef was very kind to let us know that the lamb should not have been on the menu as they were having issues with their supplier. The Chef gave a complimentary dish to make up for the issues, but with kids sitting hungry, the overall experience was not so good.

   Not sure if service was so poor because of the holidays and lots of customers, but not enough staff. Offered complimentary sparkling wine and received it about 30 minutes after being seated and asking if we’d really get it three times. Didn’t even get water for about 15 minutes. No one seemed to care we were customers. Have been there 3 times before and it was great, so might give them one more chance when it’s not holiday time.

   Flustered staff, kids portions, turtle-slow service, and to top it off, high pressure tipping (server hands you the device and stares at you as u make your pick - crazy how they think this is acceptable). Incredibly disorganized despite it being near-empty.

   A wonderful experience at Passarella. Customer service is outstanding. We had Matthew as a server and he was very good. One of the managers Paul brought out our drinks to us and then the chef delivered our appetizer and wanted to make sure everything was good. I would definitely recommend Passarella in Cyprus

    Chef Dixon comes out to welcome guests. The manager gave our boys a Shirley Temple. The food is always amazing. We go back for duck, lamb and lasagna over and over again! We had a great experience.
