Pasjoli is an elevated French bistro from James Beard award-winning chef Dave Beran. The restaurant pays homage to French cuisine utilizing the bounty of produce available in Southern California. Rooted in classic French cooking and inspired by Parisian markets, pasjoli reflects Chef Dave’s thoughtful cooking style, showcasing his creative touches on bistro fare.

We serve a five-course prix fixe menu in our dining room and our secret garden. You'll be able to select your seating preference when you confirm your reservation. Please visit our website to see the most current menu.

Each evening, we have limited availability of pressed duck dinners. If you are interested in enjoying a pressed duck, please email info@pasjoli.com, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate vegan diets.

We're welcoming Chef Brian Dunsmoor of Dunsmoor to our PJ & Friends Bistro Dinner on April 24th! Long before they shared a kitchen, Dave and Brian shared a bike. The two met at Chef Cycle, a fundraiser where they bonded over grueling rides. “I didn’t know him as a chef at first—just as a guy who suffered alongside me on those long rides,” Dave laughs. When Dave finally dined at the Dunsmoor Chef’s restaurant, he found a meal that felt honest and deeply connected. Now, they’re teaming up to bring that same authenticity to the Bistro Dinners. Dave and Chuy’s connection traces back to Spain, where Dave first met Enrique Olvera, the visionary behind Damian. “I’ve always admired Enrique’s food, and our teams have overlapped in the most beautiful ways,” Dave says. Jack Joyce, pasjoli’s sous chef, even met his fiancée while working at Damian. “There’s a real family vibe between our kitchens,” Jack adds. The server had no clue about this dishes. Totally surprising at a resturant like this where the chef has worked so hard to build creations that are unique and amazing.

This was an excellent restaurant that delivered in all phases: friendly and attentive service (helping my mom with a broken foot to feel welcome); A+ french cuisine (from the bread and butter to the pressed duck, and an incredible array of desserts - soufflé omg); and ambiance (such a great room!). With all that is good at Pasjoli, we shall (and must) return!

Nothing was bad but nothing was great either! We order whthe pressed duck but it was not pressed in front of us— which supposed to be the impressive part of ithe dish. All the dishes were ok. The lobster / Shrimp thing tasted like it was made days before and re-heated! The staff was lovely but seriously for that kind of money, I was expecting to be wowed but all I was wowed about was the final bill! It’s not worth what they are charging!

This is a lovely restaurant in my neighborhood and I’ve been wanting to try it for some time. We came to celebrate a birthday and were delighted with the experience. The host acknowledged our special event and we were seated right away. The wait staff was friendly and attentive. There was a beautiful wine list and an interesting drinks menu. The evening offered a Prix-Fixe menu with some different choices. I really couldn’t find fault with anything. The food is beautifully presented, seasoned correctly and portioned perfectly.

This was a wonderful experience that outdid our expectations. Beautiful and comfortable ambiance, amazing food and service. We were able to see the duck presentation and that was very special and interesting. A ten!
