   This was the perfect place for dinner on a Wednesday evening – it wasn't busy and we were seated right away, even though we were early for our reservation. We ordered the Sawback (spicy pineapple) and hard root beer cocktails and they were great. For dinner, we had the rotisserie chicken sandwich and the bison burger, and the portions were huge and the food was amazing. The fries are super crispy. Highly recommend!

   Server and ambiance were great but maybe hit an really off night for the food. My partner ordered the NY striploin medium rare, it was almost as though it was boiled/cooked in peppercorn sauce it was served with instead of grilled. Very wet/soggy like a stew, brown through out and a very fatty/tendon cut for a strip loin. I ordered the chicken and ribs, the ribs were very dry(I know this can be from smoking process but it was extreme) and tough, difficult to get off the bone and very little meat, the chicken was okay but very little meat also for the over 50 price point . The shrimp starter and potatoes sides were very good though. Was disappointed as we had heard a lot of good things, but the mains, especially the steak were really not great at all.

   Unfortunately I became quite sick after this meal even after discussing this with the waitress. Is there enough allergy education for the service team?

   We love the atmosphere and decor of the Park, but I don't think the food was up to the standard we have had in the past. Service was great, as always. We make at least one or two overnight trips to Banff each year, and I'm sure we'll come back to the Park at some point, but it's certainly dropped off our 'must go to' list.

   The wings are still the best out of anywhere we’ve ever tried. We continue to come get wings here every time we’re in Banff. The cocktails were also delicious. Not really anything to complain about.

    If I could give 4.5/5 I would! There was a mixup with our reservation and they allocated us to a two top for a reservation made for 3. We made it work with a two top and they took care of our first round which was generous and appreciated. Service was a bit slow as they seemed extremely busy - we received our meal before our second drink which was a bit odd. We will continue to return to Park regardless, food is always tasty and the atmosphere is fun! Hoping next time is less hectic.
