    We have dined at Parc many times and even had a party in the private room. This was not a good experience. Service was extra slow even though we had packed our patience due to the Lions game it was clear we were not valued as other tables around us were seated after us and had food before we did. It took two hours to get our appetizers. The food was not hot and the waiter told us that you could not accommodate a minor protein change on a sandwich—we let mgmt know while some of the things were happening. I will not be back anytime soon. Nor will I recommend this restaurant to friends and family. Disappointed that I brought a group here during the holidays

    Beautiful view of the Christmas tree in Detroit. Truffle fries and espresso martinis were good. We had many issues as soon as we arrived. We had a reservation and were seated literally in the line of people waiting for the restroom. Then were told we could move to a different table once people left. We waited about 15 minutes to move tables. It took about 30 minutes to get the drinks we ordered. Our food took over an hour to arrive and was cold and undercooked. Appetizer was forgotten and then was brought after our entrees. Meat was ordered medium and came rare. We mentioned the undercooked meat, and while the server was apologetic, nothing was offered to make up for it, and for the long wait. Parc has such potential but it doesn’t live up to its high profile location and the prices they charge.

    Billy our waiter was outstanding. We were never rushed and he basically checked in every so often. Was very attentive to when our drinks needed refreshed and kept our water filled at all times. Billy Let us girls chat for our Christmas dinner. The sight was amazing with the tree. It was loud,but we are loud so we liked it like that. My braised short rib was a 10. The drink selections were great . Overall I give my waiter a 10 as he made our night and his menu selections were all delicious !

    The dining experience was outstanding with the festive lights and Christmas tree. The craft cocktails were amazing! Our server, Billy, made the whole evening very special with his attention to detail and he even went outside with us to take a picture by the tree❤️💚🎄 Highly recommend this place!
