   Overall, our experience was very good. The food was wonderful and our server was very nice. However, he admitted to us that he had only been working for there for a few days and so hadn’t tasted any of the food didn’t have any ability to talk about wine or cocktails. We don’t hold him accountable for that, but think that management should definitely invest more in a thorough training for new servers.

   Was very disappointed to find out the management changed, menu was different and music. Also, when I asked her to make sure that I received the bill at the end of the meal, she gave it to someone else. Sadly, will not return

   We went early on a Tuesday. There was a party there when we arrived, once they left, were the only patrons in the restaurant. We had champagne by the glass - tasty but flat. The service was casual and slow but friendly and engaged. The food was fine but unremarkable. There was no dessert service because the dessert delivery had not come that day. Pretty pricey for what was delivered.

   We were very disappointed! This used to be our favorite restaurant in Salem by far… But they changed everything!! They changed the menu, they changed the chef and it shows…in a bad way. My chicken was weird chewy my husband said his fish tasted funny, and out of five of us nobody took home their leftovers home and there were plenty of leftovers. I am very, very sad. We used to be regulars at this restaurant. We will no longer be regulars at this restaurant. Shame on whoever owns it for making this horrible decision.

   Always outstanding food, wine, cocktails. We had Croquettes, Calamari, Duck Confit, Pork Osso Bucco, Creme Brulee. Sangiovese with dinner, and a Spanish Coffee afterwards were ideal pairings.

   We had a great dining experience before we walked down the street to the Elsinore theater. We would certainly do this again and I highly recommend.

    It was a spur of the moment date night. Highlights: We came in to a very busy restaurant and was greeted warmly and were shown to our table. Good recommendations from the sommelier. Lowlights: It took nearly an hour for our food to arrive. One plate was not particularly hot. The second plate came in way overcooked and had to be sent back. They second fire was much better and the plate plate was hot and delicious. Despite the problems with the delivery of the food, the overall experience was quite good.
