   From the hostess to our waiter Carlos and everyone that we came in contact with made your father's Birthday dinner amazing.. The food was delicious 😋. Everyone in our party plans to come again. This is my 5th time dining here.

   Went for brunch with a group of six. Only four items on Brunch menu and not very appealing. Most ordered from main menu. Portions were small and sides were extra. Drinks were ok but small for the price and no brunch all-you-can drink specials. They had a live Salsa band that was ok but they barely performed. The staff was very good and responsive. Excellent service but I don’t think it is worth a second visit. I think it has gotten some hype from social media.

   I had high expectations for Papa Gallo in Rockville Centre, but my experience was incredibly disappointing. After waiting 15 minutes past our reservation time to be seated, we were finally shown to our table, eager to enjoy the evening. Unfortunately, what followed was far from the experience we were looking forward to. After just an hour and a half at our table, the waitress and manager began coming over every 5 minutes, making it clear they wanted us to leave. It was incredibly unprofessional and uncomfortable, especially considering we spent over $300. We came excited to enjoy what we thought would be a relaxing dining experience, but instead, we felt rushed and unappreciated. For a restaurant that markets itself as upscale, the service left much to be desired. It’s disappointing to see customer service fall so short, especially when guests are willing to invest in a premium experience. I won’t be returning.

   First time at Pappa Gallo and can't wait to return! Love the decor and vibey atmosphere. Very conscientious staff - especially our server, Aliyah. The salsa criolla served with the Anticucho de Pollo was a perfect complement and the rotisserie chicken was so buttery soft. Delicioso! The food was amazing! The live music was a bonus! Pappa Gallo is a fantastic restaurant and we definitely recommend it.

   El lugar muy lindo y la comida es muy buena.No volvería🥲 por lo estrictos que son con el tiempo, no permiten que llegue 1 persona mas a la reserva después que tienes un número específico de gente en la reserva, se entiende pero es descortés también.

   Loved the salsa brunch. The singer and band are incredible. The food and decor is amazing. Service was ok.

   Took my boyfriend here for his 40th birthday. The ambience was beautiful. The art was amazing. The food was outstanding and the live music venue was really good.  Looking forward to experiencing this restaurant again.

   For my birthday dinner, I thought I’d give this place a try, since it had a high rating online. We walked in to a very festive atmosphere and given a tiny table. The music performer was very good, but it was way too loud and could not hear each other until the set was over. My first two sodas were awful and had to order a third drink. The empanada appetizer was tasty and the staff were friendly. When the food arrived, the table was so small, there was no room for dinner plates. I requested a larger table. The staff accommodated us. However, it took too long and by the time our food was moved to a new table,the food was no longer hot. I was almost done eating when my third soda came. At times, we were waiting for more water and for someone to check up on us. The entrees were tasty. However, overall, I was disappointed and had wished I went to Pio Pio instead ( probably for half the price ) ! We did say yes to the photographer and got 2 nice frames pictures for $40 total. I turned down dessert and don’t think I would go back there!

    Very disappointed been trying to get here and finally did. The ambiance and drinks made up for it! Ordered chicharron de pollos and chicken fingers came out, don't bother ordering this. Ordered the snapper and it came out over cooked and burnt. I did my best to eat it, didn't want them to throw it away. In hindsight I should have taken pictures. Hopefully they can try the fried fish themselves. The band kept the positive vibe going and nothing was said. Waitress asked if all was good and I said it's ok and my fault for not explaining why it was "ok ". Very overpriced they charge for sides with your main dishes, ( if you want rice and beans) a charge for a small bowl of beans and another charge for a small bowl of rice. Would come here for the drinks. football games were on! Like I said the ambiance and service made up for the food, way over priced . Big Maybe “if I'll go back"
