   Outstanding Experience at Paperfish Sushi! I had the absolute pleasure of dining at Paperfish Sushi, and the experience was nothing short of amazing! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by Karla, the hostess, whose welcoming smile and professionalism set the tone for the evening. She made us feel like valued guests and ensured we were seated comfortably in a prime spot. Our server, Maydel C, was phenomenal! Her attentiveness, knowledge of the menu, and genuine enthusiasm for providing top-notch service truly stood out. She expertly guided us through the menu, recommending some incredible dishes that were both delicious and perfectly paired with our preferences. Her attention to detail and timing were impeccable, making sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. The ambiance, food, and service at Paperfish Sushi are all first-class. The staff, especially Maydel C and Karla, are shining examples of hospitality at its finest. I can’t recommend this place enough—if you’re in Miami and looking for an exceptional dining experience, make sure to visit Paperfish Sushi. You won’t be disappointed!

   Went for happy hour. Which includes house beer and wine, specialty cocktail, sushi rolls, shashito peppers, gyoza and chefs choice sashimi plate. All was excellent

   Just arrived from LA and this is the best sushi we have had in awhile. Everything we ate was fresh and very tasty. Service was excellent and we are definitely coming back soon.

   I have been here about 4 times but this time around everything was bad from the time we sat to the time we received at least a hello from our waitress to the time we received our food . It was a mess. How is it I receive my food first and then my drinks ? Suppose I choke on my food . Appetizers should arrive first my entrees came first . Note to servers please remind customers food has no particular order in coming out. The wait time was terrible.

   Came in about an hour before closing, and had to find someone to serve us.. the server felt like she was rushing us without saying so, did not like how we felt. It’s the restaurant business.. at times people are going to come in last minute, but I feel no matter what, you should always make sure the client is not feeling rushed.

    I absolutely love PaperFish! I’ve gone for a little over 3 years and the food has only gotten better. The salmon crispy rice is my favorite, always go for 4 pieces. We got the Salmon furai roll and Ebi Katsu roll, everything was really fresh and tasty. No dessert because honestly nothing caught our eye but all in all, 20/10 experience.
