   We were here for the first time with my husband a few months ago and we really liked it! And today we brought the whole family, 6 adults and 1 child. We had a great time and were very glad that we came here. But my niece is 2.5 years old, a very active child, who is very difficult to sit in one place. She is very active and energetic, like all children. And she accidentally turned sharply and broke a candlestick. And the reaction of the blonde waitress was very ambiguous, but definitely unpleasant and ruined a wonderful moment. She began to scold us like children, looked with contempt and anger, as if we did something absolutely terrible and out of the ordinary. We understand that the child damaged the property and we are ready to take responsibility and compensate for the damage. But we were definitely not ready to be scolded like children. 6 adults immediately felt so uncomfortable and strange that despite the great food and wonderful service from our lovely waitress Maria, we would not return here because of the absurd reaction of the blonde waitress. This attitude is unacceptable to us and this place has 0 tolerance for children and considerable for adults

   Disappointed on this occasion. We, a table of 7 ordered the banquet. Two of us requested white meat fish and chicken only . Normally, other members of the party are not compromised, but they were. Everyone got only the white meat. Some of the food came cold eg corn on the cob, the potatoes were bland, not worth the $65 a head, on this occasion. Ive had beautiful meals there before so was disappointed this time. Also, the noise level made it difficult to have a conversation.

   Waited 15 minutes to be seated however being that busy should relate to a good place right Will return enjoyed the night

   5 stars all around! I'm a returning customer who had an average experience my first time, but I was blown away this visit! I had the banquet again, and I felt that the value for money was really there this time. The food was delicious, drinks amazing, and service was spot on. Thank you!

   If you’re going to Ballarat, this has the best food in town, love their cocktails as well
