   My food was great but my husband’s dish was cold - not warm, but actually cold. We sent it back and it clearly was microwaved - one side was warm while the other side was still cold. The waitress wasn’t around for us to tell her again, so he had no choice but to eat the warm side. We told her about it and all she said was “oh no.” We were also left with no water for long periods of time and it took forever to get a glass of wine. We wanted to see the dessert tray but it took way too long so we gave up. The waitress was very nice but this was not one of our better experiences overall.

   Bad food, bad service. Sent back seafood risotto because of sludge in the mussels and wasn’t even taken off of the bill. A fine place for a lunch salad but far from fine dining.

   Great service and food. Our team attended for a late holiday luncheon. Panache is a perfect place for a celebration

   The food was way overpriced - ridiculously expensive for the quality! Our soup was served cold. My husband's veal chop was served with the string still on the meat and he almost choked. The cut of the chop was fatty and stringy throughout and he couldn't even eat most of it I could hardly cut it, even with the steak knife! And that was a $55 meal! We will probably not have a go back. Which is a shame because it's a nice atmosphere. Server was great.

   Food is pretty decent but a bit overpriced for the quality. Drinks were inconsistent. We got two rounds of drinks and each one tasted differently despite ordering the same thing. The worst part was definitely the service. Took 15 minutes just to be greeted by our server. Ambience is the best part of this restaurant with great bands and music and the drinks are tasty despite being inconsistent. This place serves better as a bar than a restaurant. For what you pay you just expect better and not something mediocre you might get at a chain restaurant like Outback.

   It was New Years Eve and the restaurant was quite busy...I'm not sure if our waitress was new but very slow. Other tables around us were getting their food and drinks much quicker than us. Again it was the holiday and we were in no big rush so it didn't really matter but we were there for about 2 1/2 hours! Food and drinks were good!

   Overall it was a positive NY Ever experience. The menu was interesting with many choices and special offerings. Fortunately my party of 4 was seated upstairs at 6:30 so that it was quiet and we could enjoy each others’ company. Two couples ordered two Caesar salads to be shared. We received two salads, each on one plate so the person sharing had to scoop some onto a bread plate. My companions ordered entrées arrived without much delay. Mine came, too. Branzino. It sat on a servicing tray for almost 15 minutes while everyone else ate. When the server finally came to filet it table side he was quite inexperienced. I finally received a plate of mashed up fish with the warning to watch for bones. The vegetables were ice cold. All this for $49. We ordered two desserts to be shared. They arrived, again with no sharing plates. I have been here before and the service was far superior. Food is usually very good so I will be back but this was a disappointment and I was embarrassed in front of my friends who were first-timers.

   Best meal we have ever had at panache on NYE! Great waitress, ambiance and decor. Had our one year old and she loved it as well and helped me devour my salmon!

   Once again a very nice meal at Panache. Everything from pizza and burgers to fill throated Italian dishes, all very good.

    Service was not great. Had to ask for drinks and silverware. Server was nice but not very attentive and seemed overwhelmed. Food was cold and not very good.
