   We visited on Christmas Day, and the food was good, but the variety on the hot bar was very limited compared to other Brazilian restaurants I have been to. That said, the food that was on the hot bar was tasty, and even though our card was turned to the red (stop) side, the meat was offered so frequently that we couldn't keep up, Overall it was a great meal with good service. I would go back again.

   We made our reservation and triple checked I could use my voucher to surprise my mom with a xmas meal. I showed up and there is a Handwritten notice saying no vouchers accepted. Clearly there were several groups before (and after) that also experienced this deceitful voucher to where they felt the need to write it out “again”. We tried talking to the manager, she said I could contact Groupon and I stated it’s easier if the merchant requests the refund. She rolled her eyes and states “I’ve never heard of that but okay..” meanwhile the host and other staff are profusely trying to make up for her poor service and the fact that this is a very embarrassing situation to be in when you’ve revolved all day around a promised “deal”? Yikes.

   Comida 5 ***** Servicio 5 ***** muy amables y muy atentas las personas que te atienden !! Solo al principio las muchachas que te reciben 3*** Y lo único que no me gustó, que te cobran más del 30 % de auto gratitud sin avisar !!! Fue lo único malo !!! No sé si es normal aquí en las Vegas por que en california creo k no!!!

   Food was delicious, as always. Girl at check in didn't act like she wanted to be bothered with customers. Also, the girl that seated us had difficulty understanding our request to be seated far away from the in-house band. The server was fine.

   First time eating at Pampas. We were greeted by a gentleman who was making Caipirinha’s, he was very kind. The hostesses at the cash register have no personality , didn’t even smile. Once seated , no one explained the process, a guy with a Santa Hat from afar said go to the buffet get your sides and grab an extra plate. We were seated in like a banquet room, no music , the room had a cold atmosphere, the guys serving the meat were nice. At the end of dinner no one brought us the check we had to walk to the register. Bad service for the amount of money you pay.

    Food was sub par. A lot of pre-mixed, overly saturated salads and didn’t feel fresh at all. Meat was ok. Totally not worth the money. Service was great though!
