   Not sure why many bad reviews, we were regretting booking, when I booked I had not seen reviews, simply made reservations and then surprised hubby, that’s when he saw reviews and said , oh no, they have bad reviews. I said, too late, I reserved and it’s across from where we are going. Long story short, we were not disappointed at all! Server Alex was a pleasure to have as our waiter. He went above and beyond, he was funny, attentive and apologized each time he felt we waited for him. Food was delicious, they kept coming to our table to offer us cuts. Really feel bad reviews have not been great. We were definitely not disappointed and dissatisfied, we will definitely be going back. And highly recommend giving them a try.

   Horrible experience! The restaurant was dirty. Took them 10 minutes to get a waiter to get our drink order and 10 more minutes to bring it. He was all sweaty and not polite. We ordered the all you can eat … well the servers with the meat cuts went to us once and skipped us the rest of the time. I waved them down and was told told to hold on a minute but then they left. Worst customer service. Try another place.

   Rico and Justine were phenomenal and so very fun to interact with! Thank you for an amazing experience! The salad bar was delicious and our favorite slice of meat was the ham…Wow!

   Mostly ok, food and options a bit more limited than other Brazilian steakhouses but hit the craving. Good price as well

   Meat was cold, not good cuts off the sword, and OVERcooked while being UNDER-seasoned. Food from the “salad bar” was underwhelming. Sides in the “warmer” were cold. Waiter did not pick up dirty, unused plates/ cups when we were done with them so we had no table space.

   We had a table of 6 and no one truly enjoyed their meals. The cuts of meats were not tender or flavorful & vegetables were lacking in buffet table. Our water glasses were never replenished & service was not up to par. Most people in our party raved about the garlic rice but definitely not the meats. Overall the quality was not there. On a positive note the Malbec we ordered was very good. We have no intention of returning or recommending them to anyone.

   Our experience was disappointing and mediocre. Our reservation was for 6pm. They didn’t have seating for us. We finally received water at 6:28. Each time the waitress visited our table, she apologized for the wait. I’m sure our wait was a staffing issue resulting from management and not her fault at all. Our meal choice was unlimited meat and shrimp. The shrimp person came by one time and we got 4 shrimp. Thankfully, we had a coupon so did not pay full price. Still, a horrible value for what we did pay. It was SO loud with average entertainment. Either get some legit musicians or just let me have a peaceful conversation with my date. Having said that, we won’t be returning, so do what you want.

   Didn't expect to pay $7+ for water, lots of the meat we never got. Waited for a long time to get more meat that we had already gotten. Had a server that said she wasn't our server but would help us. No explanation of how the whole process worked. Very disappointed. Wouldn't recommend. Very pricy for what you actually get.

    We went for lunch on a weekday and it was not crowded which added to the great experience. The food was excellent and service was prompt but it can be a bit pricy if you don't have a meal voucher. If cost isn't an issue, you'll love Pampas LV.
