   We chose a steak house for New Year’s Eve and there was not any steak on the menu available. The server told us that they sold out all prime rib and rib eye. This was not what to expect. My husband order a drink. He tasted and immediately asked the server to get it back because he didn’t like. He ordered a new one but he was charged for both.

As part of our transition from a steakhouse to a New American dining concept, we updated our category online several months ago. However, we regret any misunderstanding this may have caused, especially on such an important occasion as New Year’s Eve. Regarding the overcharged drink, we’ve issued a refund and sent the receipt to the phone number on file. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if there’s anything else we can assist you with.    We enjoyed our New Year’s Eve dinner very much. The specials for the occasion were outstanding! Happy New Year to the entire staff of Palace Prime. Meeting our special request for timing of our reservation is much appreciated.

   We had a fabulous time! Service was excellent! Loved the oysters! They cooked the Prime Rib just how my BF likes it! Will definitely return!!!

   From a local, Palace Prime is consistently top notch. In the 70’s it was the Palace Restaurant and was the finest dining in town. Palace Prime has brought back the glory. Truly one of the best bars in town, too.

   Had a great adult night dinner with my twin brothers and their wives. Our server was so kind & efficient and, along with the rest of the staff, made the whole evening fun & delicious.

   Excellent menu variety. Extensive wine list and knowledgeable sommelier. Great atmosphere. Able to accommodate a large party (10). Everything was delicious.
