   Had a great adult night dinner with my twin brothers and their wives. Our server was so kind & efficient and, along with the rest of the staff, made the whole evening fun & delicious.

   We loved how Palace Prime has morphed into much more than the original Steakhouse idea. Their offerings are much wider and the quality is excellent. Thank You and keep doing what you are doing !!!!!

   Excellent menu variety. Extensive wine list and knowledgeable sommelier. Great atmosphere. Able to accommodate a large party (10). Everything was delicious.

   We had a lovely Christmas Eve supper. The food was excellent and there was a sense of conviviality and good cheer throughout the restaurant. Our waiter, Chris, was attentive and engaged in meaningful conversation, made good menu suggestions and in general took wonderful care of us. We will be back!

   Our Christmas Eve supper was outstanding. Chef Angel Franco continues his innovation of the menu and every dish is perfectly prepared. The restaurant was packed at 5:30 but the service was excellent as always, warm and professional. Ashely and Karli had bar specials that made the evening festive. Best Vespers in Santa Fe. Our oysters, halibut, and crab cakes were all first-rate and the dining room was lovely. Santa Fe has good restaurants but none better than Palace Prime.

   The service is very good from the moment we arrived. Seating in the lounge was comfortable. Our waiter named Dan introduced himself and was pleasant and upbeat. The menu is very interesting and that gave each of us excitement about what to select. We had oysters, polenta, sweet beet salad, steak, scallops, sweet squash, seafood variety on rice, and flan with rum-flavored cream and chocolate mousse favored cake with salt favored caramel ice cream. All of the food was creatively prepared and presented. We were greeted cheerfully by the hostess and thanked by everyone for having dinner there. We expected excellent food, drinks and service, and that’s what the Palace Prime experience was for us tonight. We look forward to another wonderful dinning experience there!    We ate in the Lounge & had cocktails & a light dinner before a concert- very festive! Our waiter Daniel was wonderful & the food was great. We will be back.

    Absolutely Delicious! This is a must-visit restaurant in Santa Fe. The ribeye is one of the best items on the menu. The pasta is delicious as well. Great wine and cocktails. The service is outstanding!!!
