   Service was terrible - items were ordered incorrectly and noodle dish was never received. Server didnt come to check if our food was served properly. Since we had a large table and tip guaranteed overall attitude was they could care less if we were satisfied with our dining experience. Have been there twice in 4 months with same server and unlikely to return. OZUMO Santana row food quality doesn’t match that of their SF location.

   Fantastic service and great food. Sometimes you can tell when rude customers have yelled at employees by the way they are really nice. Stop being rude to those in the service industry, they did an amazing job by just being there

   My friend and I went for drinks and then dinner. My friend's drink was cloudy and when asking the bartender what else was in it to make it cloudy (it should not have been cloudy), he just said that he shook it real good. Then, when we were eating dinner, there was a dog (not a service dog) inside the restaurant and up on the booth - that's ridiculous and has to be in violation of health policies. Also, our server basically forgot about us and we had to ask for our check after our plates had been cleared away for at least 20 minutes. While the food was overall pretty good, this place needs to work on their customer experience.

   Few point worth noting about Ozumo: - menu keep changing and in my opinion not for the better - Food comes out quickly which is good - service is good and waiters are attentive - Food is regular and there is nothing wow about it.. sushi rolls are standard and for the price charged it’s not ok - overall Prices are ridiculously high and unjustified for the value.

   Great food and sushi always fresh and delicious. Love coming here as they never disappoint. They are on the pricey side but worth it in my opinion if you want good sushi and cocktails.

    Trendy but overpriced. If you are around the area, say shopping at Santana Rows, then I can see you stopping by to have a meal. However, it won't be a destination for me when I look for Japanese food.
