A gastronomic project that seeks to amaze and enhance Mexico, telling a story in each dish, always respecting our traditions, making them evolve through a unique cuisine with new flavors.
We take back our roots not only in food, but also as an element of design and furniture, materials such as mud, talavera, wood, stone, fabrics and embroidery such as wicker and rattan, as well as endemic vegetation, to create an atmosphere of harmony and balance, from the hand of chef Ana Martorell.

El lugar es muy lindo y tienen buena atención pero la comida deja mucho que desear y mucho más por el punto de precio. A nivel costo beneficio no vale mucho la pena

Muy bonito lugar para comer en la tarde o en la noche. Los platillos fueron excelentes con gran sazón. La atención de nuestro mesero también fue excepcional.

Íbamos con mucha expectativa pero terminó al momento de llegar y ver algo sino bastante el local. Vimos el menú y nos pareció interesante pero se veía que es una alegoría al mole en todos sus sentidos, algo que nos sorprendió ya que la comida mexicana no solo se basa en moles. La atención un poco regular que terminó rematando al final cuando nos preguntaron que nos parecieron los platillos. Pedimos los tacos de canasta que, como bien sabemos, son cargados de sabor, con grasa y bastante suculentos. A los tacos les faltó el alma de una buena garnacha mexicana con un acento precioso de carente sabor, sal y sazón. Muy insípidos además de que se rompían. Pedimos un tamal de lechón que estaba crudo y con una excesiva capa de mole. La foto no hace justicia a la infladita que se nota que la tenían o del día anterior o de hace dos días pues estaba dura. El plato era enorme para la pequeña pieza de infladita. El remate lo lleva el lechón que estaba casi tostado sino que quemado en una tortita dorada muy dura con frijoles que estaban muy buenos. El mesero de servicio nos preguntó porque habíamos dejado tanta comida y le comentamos lo que pensábamos. Ya que había preguntado y pues se le dijo lo que se pensaba lo cual molestó y casi nos corre del lugar haciendo comentarios que no repetiré a sus compañeros. Son las cosas que no pasa cuando no están los chef Ana Y Daniel. Una lástima.

buen servicio, clima perfecto, gran lugar para ir con la familia y quedarte horas en la sobremesa. Un menú increíble que le da gusto a todos y uno de los postres que más me gustan en la vida, el merengue de vainilla.

DESDE QUE HICE LA RESERVA DIJE QUE UNA DE LAS COMENSALES EEA EXTREMADAMENTE ALÉRGICA AL AGUACATE. AL LLEGAR AL RESTAURANTE LO DIJIMOS DE NUEVO. ALGO SE CONTAMINÓ Y MI ANIGA SE SINTIÓ FATAL. SOMOS MÉDICOS Y ELLA SIEMPRE LLEVA SU MEDICAMENTO, DE FORMA QUE NO PASÓ A MAYORES. AL INFORMARLES SOBRE LA SITUACIÓN Y LLAMA AL CHEF Y/O GERENTE TARDARON MÁS DE 20 MINUTOS EN VENIR. FATAL. ADICIONALMENTE EL SERVICIO FATAL. NOS ATENDIERON PÉSIMO.
