   Location mozzafiato e servizio impeccabile. Piccolo ritardo nel rinfresco compensato da uno splendido prosecco cordialmente offerto. Cocktail originali e innovativi. Serata riuscita. Torneremo.

   To be honest I am not satisfied with SERVICE. I booked a table for 6 . When I entered rooftop the waitress was ignoring and just sitting inside of building part. We were coming to waitress to ask and say something. We LITERALLY screamed to call them. They even didn’t asked if we needed sth. We were IGNORED from the beginning. But, this day I forgot my bag there. When I called 31.03.2025 night to ask if they found it, a man said that it is closed now and they don’t know. Then I called at afternoon on 01.04.2025 another man said to me that he didnt know if there was a bag and asked to call after 5 pm. When I called at around 7 pm, one woman answered and she said that they found it YESTERDAY! But, when I called yesterday they said that they don’t know. Even , morning workers didn’t know about things that happened there. Also, when I took my bag, the things inside was opened. SOMEONE opened by bag to check what is INSIDE, even it was other person’s thing! Things inside weren’t on order how I put it. Cocktails were nice and the place is nice. Only these things were okey. I was on different rooftops, but I’ve never seen such a worst service. I regret that I chose this rooftop bar to celebrate my birthday, service was so bad!!!

   Hello I would like to point out first of all that no one dared to open your package Your package was returned to you, no one stole it And you were asked to call back politely, as we always do. You should have been angry if you hadn't gotten your package back If you didn't like our location, ok I know that yours was the only table on the roof at that time and I don't think you had to call the waiter Here we don't rush, we don't rush and after people sit down we leave time to enjoy the view and choose their drinks We are not at the train station I'm sorry that you didn't appreciate our location and our service we will continue to work hard to improve more and more

   Muy experience was boring and more expensive. There wasnt music and the place was ugly , never attencion , and the cocktails so expensive. I don’t like nothing.

   Il Roof bar è veramente bello, i drink sono buonissimi e particolari. I ragazzi che lavorano al bar molto gentili e sempre sorridenti! La vista sull’altare della patria è unica!

   Very good experience views and wine were lovely, kind waiter served us, only problem was the lack of heaters! Very chilly overall good

    After a promising start with Matteo messaging to say he will reserve a sofa overlooking the eternal city for me and my wife it was all downhill from there. The sofas were "reserved" although the bar was literally empty. The drinks were wildly overpriced though so no wonder it was empty. €20+ per drink. The view was okay but nothing special. All in all I would have given 0 stars if I could have.

    Dear Anthony I'm really sorry to read your review You were one of the first customers who booked with us via Opentable You had asked for special treatment but you had not asked for the entire roof exclusively When you arrived we offered you a panoramic sofa as per our email but you preferred a table I don't know why... We have offered you two welcome proseccos I don't know what else we could have done to make you feel comfortable Your review, taking into account that you didn't say anything when you were our guest, finds us truly unprepared But it does not affect our good will and desire to do well We will continue and surely the next reviews will be better than yours best regards Matteo
