   I took my husband to Ostra for his birthday, and it was fantastic! The food was delicious, the staff very attentive, and the atmosphere relaxed. We parked in the garage across the street which was very convenient. The crispy native oysters were the best we’ve ever had. I really enjoyed the grilled sea bream, and my husband loved the paella “Valenciana style”. Our knowledge waiter recommended wine that paired perfectly with our meals.

   The food was excellent, however the service was not. We had dinner there, and throughout the meal the service was extremely slow. After dinner, we went to the bar and had a drink. When we went to order a second drink, we were informed that last call had already happened, however no one informed us that it was last call. When we asked the bartender, he said that he was supposed to inform us but did not. Overall very disappointing end to an excellent meal.

   Bar staff was amazing. The teamwork was flawless and they were just incredibly pleasant people. Food was immaculate as always. A perfectly cooked Fillet and the delicious lobster made the night. In and out quick as we had a theatre show.

   The meals at Ostra are always excellent. We would normally give five stars for the whole experience, but a Calamari failure this time brought down the score. Don’t let this dissuade you: the calamari was an anomaly.

   Top notch food, service and atmosphere. We got the Paella and the Sea Bream and both were delicious and full of flavor. This is our favorite seafood restaurant in Boston.

   We always enjoy going to Ostra. It remains one of out favorites. Whether it’s sitting in the bar for a quick bite before the theater, to having a leisurely dinner for a special occasion or just a night out, Ostra never disappoints. Smiling faces from the moment we arrive, on time seating, excellent service and delicious food cooked to perfection. Looking forward to our next visit.

    Great celebratory dinner at Ostra. We had a seat at the bar, and the bartenders were super friendly, helpful, and nice. Dinner was delicious and perfect. Drinks were delicious. Ambience was just what we were looking for!
