Uno stile di cucina contemporaneo nel cuore di Venezia, a pochi passi dall’università Ca’ Foscari, nel quartiere Dorsoduro. Osteria Al Vecio Forno di osteria ha ben poco, visto l’arredamento minimal del locale di Fondamenta de Dona Onesta e l’aspetto gourmet con cui vengono presentati i piatti. Questi ultimi sono principalmente di pesce, ma spesso nel menu sono presenti anche pietanze di terra dal sapore eccezionale (una nota di merito va ai tagliolini con taleggio, guanciale e capperi). Se volete provare un piatto tradizionale di Venezia non dovete fare altro che ordinare il baccalà Al Vecio Forno, una vera specialità scelta da molti ospiti. L’atmosfera ordinata e il servizio eccellente vi convinceranno a tornare a Fondamenta de Dona Onesta anche se non vi troverete in zona Dorsoduro!
