   Really disappointed in the service level of the restaurant. For a place that wants to be a quality and high-end restaurant, the service was a nightmare. Tables ran an hour behind their reservations (booking ahead literally did nothing) Our waitress was ok but flustered and non-attentive/slow. We would have to remind her we asked for things multiple times— like that we needed more than 1 spoon for the 3 salsas on the table (due to allergies/cross-contamination). One time, one of the hostesses interrupted our server while we were in the middle of ordering lol. Service aside— the food was incredible. Honestly, if I could serve myself and only have the food... I would. It was tremendous and I’ll return only for the food. Hopefully they can get the service side down, because for a place that charges $30-$80/ entrees they operated like a McDonald’s.

   Great new place … very interesting, high-end Mexican food. Great decor and drinks too. A little bit pricey, but I guess in line with the experience they’re trying to create.

   The food and ambiance was great, and Sebastian was a wonderful server. The octopus and the Peruvian ceviche was on point! We sat outside, it was beautiful, and we loved the music!

   Had to wait 45 minutes to be seated for my 830pm reservation. No apology from the FOH manager for them not properly managing their walkins and reservations.

   Food was a huge let down. Drunks were good and the ambiance is nice. Tool an hour for food to arrive at our table and not everything came out at the same time.

   The food needs some tweaking. The guacamole tastes like lime. The barbacoa was tasteless. The picanha tacos were fatty. The fish was excellent. They need more bar glasses. Everything came in a birdbath. This restaurant has great potential.

   There for a birthday. Server was amazing, food was excellent, decor beautiful. Only negative was the size of the cocktail to the price.

   Unfortunately not a good experience. Personnel needs training to know the difference between scotch and bourbon. The concept of a Mexican Steakhouse, should have been a red flag. Appetizers not made fresh or from scratch, when the entrees came out, the tortillas from the tacos were come, my NY strip was also cold. Plates and meal were cold!!!! Drinks were poorly made (margaritas) too much salt on the rim, etc. Definitely not the same food as its Yucatán counterpart. I can definitely say not the same experience. Most likely I will not be bringing my family back or my international clients. Pricey!!!!

    I think the worst thing we could have seen was a review comparing this place to Javier’s. It is definitely not like Javier’s unless you only refer to the ambiance. The food at Javier’s is authentic Mexican food while the food here is a modern blend of creativity and trendiness. The service is amazing so that paired with the ambiance made for a great time however the food was ok.
