   Excellent vibes and food...One of the rare places were quality and looks of food is combined with good and tradiotional taste( not huge innovations that makes food tastes awkward)...Service very good but it's a busy place..A bit on the higher end of price than expected

   The food and ambiance was amazing as always. The service was great but a little slow however this was acknowledged without us even mentioning it and the service charge was taken off the bill. We had a wonderful meal and a lovely time with my family.

   Not my first time and definitely not my last. This restaurant has fast become my favourite. Food is always consistently good - chef is amazing. Real special occasion feel to it, staff are also always superb.

   The service could have been better, staff seemed busy & we had to ask to have drinks topped up/the bill. My dessert, apple parfait, was frozen solid, when I asked about it I was told it was supposed to be, as it is vegan & would melt otherwise? They did ask if I wanted it changed, but honestly I felt like the explanation did not make sense. I literally couldn’t get a fork in it, it was so hard. The beetroot tart did not have much flavour, the sauce did not taste like anything. All in, I have given a good rating, for the cost I expected more.

Regarding the apple parfait, parfait is traditionally a frozen dessert, and ours is served with fig sorbet, as listed on the menu. While it should be firm, it shouldn’t be too hard to enjoy, so we appreciate your comments. We’re also sorry the beetroot tart didn’t meet your expectations and will pass this to our kitchen team.    I picked the Orelle for special dinner. It was advertised as chic surroundings, excellent quality food and service. The restaurant itself was amazing and really was top class and well appointed, the food was excellent and extremely well presented. The staff were very polite and generally attentive. There were a few challenges on the night, the shared ice bucket between two tables could cause friction, the guests next to our table tried to take our wine after their wine was finished. The pace of service was a little too prompt and I felt at times that I was being rushed although the staff were extremely polite, when serving the wine two members of the team did not use the serviette to assist and dribbled water across our dinning and eating area. Towards the end of the night the music after after 10pm the music be quite loud, but due the the angulation of the speakers it did not disrupt our meal. The location was impressive, views stunning, the décor chic , food amazing unfortunately at times the service was not at the same standard as everything else, although the staff were very polite and friendly.

    The location, the view and the ambiance was beautiful, but I feel this is why we paid a large sum of money for our bill. This was a Christmas gift which we were very excited to try. (You only get 4 months from date of purchase to use the voucher). However we felt rushed. We were still eating our appetisers when the starters came out. And I was still chewing on the last of my starter when the plates were taken away. We weren’t asked if we wanted any more drinks throughout the evening from our first order. And finally our steaks were dry. Not only were they not cooked as requested, they were dry and chewy. The flavour was nice but they were let down by how they were cooked. Overall in and out within 1hr and 20mins. Not quite the evening I had hoped for. Typically British and don’t say anything at the time as hoping for a nice evening. Let’s not forget the mandatory 12% service charge added to the bill.
