   We came here for our anniversary and it was amazing. The food was unreal. The staff were very attentive, polite, and extremely professional. The restaurant was immaculate. 100% will be visiting again and recommending to anyone who will listen!

   Not a friendly welcome downstairs , then clockroom girl decides to pile 4 coats on 1 hanger . Veloute was cool, chateaubriand was poor quality and very over salted and so was the pepper sauce. I did advise the waiter who said is I’d said earlier they could have replaced it. This would have Meant waiting whilst the rest of our table ate which was not desirable- I explained it was edible but not qood quality - no apology was forthcoming or an offer to make it up some way which most mid range restaurants would have done never mind what orelle charges at £116 for 2 - we have had better at miller and carter and that’s saying something!. Dessert was nice and so were the cocktails 🍸 Disappointing birthday meal for £450 and I won’t be back ….

Our manager checked during your meal, but concerns about the chateaubriand and sauce were raised after it was finished, limiting our ability to address them. Your comments have been noted for review with the kitchen team. Regarding the cloakroom, we apologize for any inconvenience, In two years, this is the first comment about coats on the same hanger. While coats were initially placed on one hanger, they were separated immediately after your request, as we always aim to accommodate guests needs.    Absolutely enjoyed everything about the night. Ordered champagne which was lovely as well as the sommelier who poured it for us. Waitresses were lovely, the view and aesthetics are gorgeous. Loved the food!!

   The setting was amazing, the food and service was excellent, for me ......... the music was a little too loud whilst we were eating but overall the experience was one to remember

   Service was superb, from the minute arrived the service team couldn’t do enough. Food was superb and a really nice way to end the year.

   Orelle has quality service and professional staff. About average food. But unnecessarily expensive. It’s worth the visit but too expensive
