   Great service and food, had the roast beef dinner, all cooked perfectly, also enjoyed the Gospel / Soul Music live band, very entertaining.

   My wife and I enjoyed a wonderful Sunday afternoon at Opera Grill as part of our Twixtmas break. The service and food were excellent. We also enjoyed the music from an amazing soulful band playing upstairs. Service was excellent also.

   WOW first impressions, the venue is fabulous. Shame the food didn’t deliver. We both ordered fillet steak. I requested well done but it turned up on the plate cremated. Dry and tough. I had hoped an establishment that has the audacity to sell a £5000 bottle of wine can differentiate between a well done and an overcooked fillet steak. My 22 year old son cooks a better steak! We ordered a Rioja to accompany our food choice. It was advertised as a young Rioja but fails to tell you it’s a Tempranillo not a Crianza. Plus it was a screw top! Very very disappointing for £40 a bottle. I’ve had better wine from Aldi. The other thing I took issue with is the offer to upgrade us to the Music Suite at cost of £62 per person. We declined the offer as this was offered with a limited ‘festive menu’. We were seated in the music suite anyway and saved ourselves an additional £100. I just felt that was a cheap shot at misleading us to think we would be getting a better experience by spending more money.

   This place inside is absolutely stunning, the food was really good albeit on the pricey side and portions not very big. Would go back though.

   As usual the Opera Grill delivers in its outstanding dining experience. With a multitude of excellent dishes to choose from, produced by the chefs to an outstanding level. Then delivered to the table by the attentive staff. Ensuring your meal is to your satisfaction without being over attentive. It so much reminds me of my favourite hotel the East in Hamburg. Once again well done Team Opera Grill, I'll be back!

   Lovely afternoon with friends. Great atmosphere...gospel choir were brilliant! Food however was cold - one dish returned but disappointed that replacement meal was not that much warmer.

   Very average expensive evening. Food very average, dry duck and raw Brussel sprouts. £62 a head because you are watching a very average band who didn’t play in the right key. Half a Cruz camp £4.50!!!! Full on rip off. Won’t be going back. However young serving staff deserve a thank you as they were rushed off their feet.

   We had a family meal, me, my wife and two kids and we had an amazing time, the service was excellent and the food was amazing. Nothing to complain about. Will definitely return for another night out.

    Good food, staff weren’t very attentive and also kept forgetting things from order. Nice venue too. Our business partners enjoyed the evening.
