   I typically enjoy Open Road for viewing sports games and usually sit with one other person at the bar, but I have also sat at tables for dinner before. This was by the far the worst service I’ve had here. I appreciated that the hostess seated us at a table where we could see the game we wanted to watch, but after being seated it took 30 minutes for a server to come over to acknowledge us. We liked the food (wings and fajitas) but my daughter had to go to the bar to get a jar of water for the table as our server didn’t check back. Our dirty plates sat there a long time when we were done and finally someone else came to clear them and said they were trying to help. I get that it’s March Madness and it’s a busy time for them, but you have to be able to provide decent service still.

   Good service, good food… the brunch hits at our table were the Brussel sprouts, calamari, avocado toast with eggs, chicken biscuit and gravy and the bierra quesadilla… bread pudding and phenomenal key lime pie! Fair pricing, easy parking. Will definitely return.

   We always enjoy open road. Food is good and service friendly and efficient. We had pre dinner cocktail in heirloom.

   Food was very good and we’ll be back. Wanted to try the distillery flight, which is listed on the menu and was told that it can be done only in the tasting room. After eating dinner, I asked about ordering the flight and if we go into the tasting room. I was told that the tasting room was close, which per the schedule should have been open til 6 pm (it was 5:30). However, the waiter gave us small samples to try.

    Perfect for date night. Can dress up or casual and feel good about your visit. Food was very delicious and we loved that we got served popcorn when we sat down! Best part of the meal. Will definitely come here again.
