Ombra is based on the ideals of preservation. Inspired by the ‘Salumerie’ of Italy Ombra focuses on delivering highest quality cured meats. This preservation refers to the produce as well as the preservation of lifestyle and culture.
This makes the most of nature’s abundance by using techniques that for centuries have prolonged nature’s bounty through processes like drying, smoking, salting, fermenting, pickling and candying.

Really enjoyed our Saturday evening at Ombra with friends. The pizzas and eggplant fritters were light and full of flavour. Service was prompt and friendly, and the casual atmosphere suited us perfectly. Will definitely return.

It was a great night, the food was amazing true Italian cuisine, the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was relaxed easy and enjoyable..exactly what you want for a good night out, definitely coming back 😊

My partner and i started going to Ombra around 4 years ago by chance, and have loved it ever since. We've seen the team evolve as we've gone and the hospitality just get better and better. We recently celebrated a surprise engagement dinner for our parents where i had booked and instructed the team that i would be surprising our parents and my partner hasn't got a clue that they would be there. They we secretive and amazing to help with the evening and even provided us complimentary champagne to celebrate. Ombra truly feels like a second home, from our first visit to our current.
