   I always like to give newer restaurants grace as they are working through the kinks. I believe there is a coaching opportunity with the hostess who was rather cold both when we arrived and also when she walked us to our table in the back of the restaurant and we asked if we could be seated in one of the open tables in the main dining area and she replied "this is the table you were assigned". Our waiter was friendly enough but I believe he was having difficultly hearing us. I ordered a salad and pasta which were both delicious, and also a strip steak which frankly looked beautiful but was a little chewy. I think in retrospect I should have chosen the ribeye. I would go back because the ambiance was great and assume they will work out the kinks.

   Wednesday evening we had dinner at Oliva with some friends & we had a fantastic time! The food is 10/10, the service & the atmosphere is phantasmic!

   The food was fantastic! We had reservations but chose to sit at the bar, seats were comfy & Tim was very pleasant & helpful with suggestions!

   Great food and very well done steaks!! Will return. Excellent service from start to finish. Nice to see service at these standards.... can tell it's from top down and back... bravo!!

   Such a lovely evening. Can’t believe what they have done with the space and the food was tremendous. Service totally on point. I will say some of the pastas can be a main dish (mine was enormous), so proceed with caution there!

    Pricey, so more like a special occasion place, but oh so good and worth every penny. Great bar and bartenders, which we like because we like to eat at bars. It is an Italian steakhouse, so if you are a carnivore, this place is for you. Even if you're not, you will find some good stuff to eat The gnocchi was amazing. Our porterhouse was perfect. Black on the outside, red on the inside. Just how we like it. With black truffles. Wow. We will be back.
