    Lovely ambience and food - though the sides a bit disappointing. Service was a bit slow and unresponsive. We weren’t offered coffee and when we asked for a port we were told the bar was shut. It saw 10.30pm on a Saturday night!

    We were really excited to try this place after seeing it on social media, but unfortunately, we left feeling a bit disappointed. We ordered the menu, a side, and dessert, but the experience didn’t live up to our expectations. The calamari was quite chewy and lacked flavor, though the burrata was excellent. The mains were average, and the steak arrived a bit cold. On top of that, our side dish came out 10 minutes after the mains, so we had a bowl of truffle fries on the table instead of enjoying it with the meal. Additionally, I had mentioned in the reservation that it was my friend’s birthday and asked if they could bring out the dessert with candles, but nothing happened. It felt like a missed opportunity to make the experience special. The service was great—very friendly staff—and we understand the restaurant might be going through a chef transition, as someone mentioned when we left. Hopefully, things improve soon because we were really looking forward to a better overall experience!

    We had such a lovely night celebrating a friend's bday. Food was great, staff were attentive and price is reasonable. Loved it and will definitely come back.

    The meal was a real letdown. The calamari was overcooked and tough, though the wagyu arancini was pretty flavorful. I paid extra for the squid ink pasta as my main, but it was so salty I couldn’t eat it. The wagyu was slightly overcooked but still okay. For dessert, the tiramisu was fine, but I waited forever for each dish. Plus, the mojito glass they gave me had a chipped rim, and there was something stuck on the fork they served before the main. Overall, it was such a disappointing experience that I didn’t feel like tipping.

    Food was average. The arancini were really good but unfortunately everything else was average. The black ink crab pasta lacked flavour and had very little crab. The ragu pasta was nicer but not something you’d want to go back for. Servings were generous though. We didn’t try dessert. The service was a real problem. We had to ask 3 different waiters to have any request done. Maybe the staff were new but a few of the waitresses had no idea about anything.

    Incredibly expensive for a very ordinary food. Very expensive seafood basket, 1/2 the food was overcooked and burnt.

    Great experience. Amazing food including Burrata,Arancini,Swordfish and Squid ink pasta,all those are a must. We couldn't get our first option wine but received the chef's suggestion which was an amazing match with the food. Our waitress was very friendly,helpful and always on top of the service. Staff was very nice to let me change the time of my booking. Very satisfied that we picked up Olio over other options for my birthday's celebration thanks to one of our friends working there suggestion. Thanks a lot Olio.
