   The Hummus and bread as starters were great. Downhill from there. Watery cocktail, could barely pull prawn meat from shell, my husbands tuna was tough - and then the two desserts we ordered we’re unavailable All this in a very lovely setting near theatre.

   Portion sizes were minuscule and not worth the money. They need to work on noise levels as well

As for the noise, we find it a bit surprising, especially since Mondays aren’t typically as busy. Could you please provide more specifics about the noise you experienced?    It was good, pleasant service, well lit, a relaxed atmosphere. And I can’t help feeling I’ve got a crush on the waitress … which is most uncommon for me ;)

   The food was amazing!!! The place was perfect for group dining. Unfortunately, the service was not professional. The waiter was not in a good mood when we entered. He only stood at the end of the big table and asked for orders and he didn’t hear the rest of us ordering drinks (there was a group table next to us) and got annoyed when we asked him if he can take order for other people he missed out on then later he argued with another waitress in front of us because she forgot to bring small plates for us. It was very awkward and uncomfortable.

   Unfortunately we had a bad experience. The service was poor and we had to wait a long time between courses. The food was not as expected and left us feeling hungry afterwards! It is a shame as this was for a birthday for a member of our party. However, the Manager did acknowledge we hadn't had the best experience for which we appreciate.

   It was my fi st time here as we really live Mediterranean food the food was very nice both starters and main very good service quick and friendly it was perfect for pre theatre food situated at the top of St Martins Lane the ambience was ok the only thing I would say was it was a tad pricy but I suppose we were in the west end

Just to let you know, we do offer a pre-theatre menu at £26.5 for two courses, which is perfect for a quick bite before a show. Plus, we run a Happy Hour from 3-8pm every day to help make things a bit more affordable. Hope that helps for next time!

    This was a super disappointing dining experience. I knew where the restaurant was located, the photos looked nice, the menu looked good...and then once we sat down at our table everything was basically terrible. The service was the worst - super poor. We were not brought the food we ordered but then brought food we didn't order. Brought drinks we didn't order and had to send them back. It's one of those restaurants that survives because of tourists but I imagine it has no repeat visitors. The starters were fine. The mains were super disappointing. I ordered the mince lamb dish - only ate half and have had better at take away places in London & Surrey for £5-£10. They also had nothing to do for kids - as if they had never had kids dine before. I've had some bad meals in London in the last 10-20 years but this is probably Top 3 on the bad front. Give it a miss for sure. I don't imagine it will be in business in 2025. All the servers seemed depressed to be working there anyway. The hostess was really nice and tried very hard. Unfortunately she seemed to be the only worker there who cared or who knew what she was doing.

I’d like to clarify that we do have a kids' menu available in the restaurant and on OpenTable, so we’re not sure what happened there. On that particular day, we had 330 guests, and while we strive for excellence, human error can occur.
