   Food and service was great. Upon entrance though, the hostess was not as great. I walked in and was told the wait was 45 mins. I booked through OpenTable and was given a reservation of less than 5 mins. The hostess then proceeded to explain that my time would be limited even though I had a reservation. That made no sense.

   The place is so loud that it’s unpleasant. So difficult to hear the people who you are having dinner with the food is very good as always.

   Slow service/inattentive waiter; most food was superb as I’ve learned to expect (from Wycliff location). Worst was we had one item-salmon nigiri, where fish was a bit malodorous and tasted bad. I mentioned to waiter simply asking him to have a chef check it out. Waiter immediately began arguing with me, that I did not know what I was talking about. REALLY?? First time in my 40 adult years that I did not tip, Ridiculous

   It was half off-wine so you can already imagine how busy the place was. We sat at the bar nonetheless the bartender did a great job working the service well and taking care of the entire bar top. Good experience.

    The food is ALWAYS fantastic! The service tonight was fair and not great. We had an early reservation and the restaurant was not full, so it was surprising we did not have good service. Server seemed inexperienced and didn’t know next steps to help our table with drinks and forgot to take our dinner order for a long period of time. Dinner ended longer than wanted.
