   Great location for locals. We decided to have a Hibachi dinner for my birthday. Made a reservation, got right in on time, and were the only people at our table. What could be better than that? A private Hibachi dinner for two. Food is always excellent at this location and it is always a fun experience.

   Always very consistent service and food. We did not do the hibachi this time. We sat in a private booth and enjoyed sushi and appetizers.

   Ohjahs continues to set the bar for hibachi whether you eat them in Centennial Hills, or in Summerlin! I will say once again that the cleaning staff was on POINT. I would put down a dish that I was done with and it would be wisked away. Food was cooked to perfection, and everyone was pleasant along with attentive but I will say I was impressed with how clean and organized it was! Can’t wait to go back again!

   I made a reservation for Ohjaj Japanese Steakhouse Hibachi- Flamingo & S. Hualapai and I had added the detail that it was for a birthday. When we arrived I was surprised that we received a hibachi table, which I wasn't expecting in the slightest. Our server (wish I got his name, tall, short medium hair man) was very attentive and kept checking in on us. I will be returning on my next visit.

   As soon as salads and soup came out..... they started cooking. As soon as we sat down ... they kept asking us to order. The cook knew it was my daughter’s birthday and he was so fast cooking that we couldn’t enjoy it.
