   Delicious food and wonderful service. Table’s were too close together so had to speak quietly with out a sense of privacy

   Ofena is my favorite! My family dines there frequently and the food and service, as always, were consistently excellent! We always enjoy sharing many dishes. You can't go wrong! My personal favorites are the caesar salad, pork steak Fiorentina and broccolini. Last night, in addition to these, we also enjoyed the focaccia with roasted garlic, olive oil and balsamic, the squash caponata and polenta with truffle mascarpone. I celebrated my birthday last night with my mother and sister. We sat in a lovely booth and were feted by the staff for my birthday. We decided to spend all future celebratory occasions there!

   This was my second time at Ofena. The quality of the food and service was excellent both times. I was especially happy to see a "happy birthday" sign over our table and a personal bday card to the two people who were celebrating their bdays. A special touch that was quite memorable and impressive. The highlight is the ample parking avialble in that area. We will be back again for all these reasons. Great job Ofena team. A treasure in the Ocean Avenue area.

   All three of us ordered the lunch special - a half sandwich, cup of soup, and side salad. Everyone enjoyed their particular sandwich; the salad included house-made sun-dried tomatoes and parmesan crisps, the minestrone was good. A very nice lunch. We ordered the panna cotta for dessert - it was delicious. I would definitely come back again.

   Best pork chop ever. The tuna appetizer was tasty too. A special night out that myself and family enjoyed. My son commented that the selections were “real Italian dishes” the kind you would get in Italy. Authentic. Would definitely recommend to others. Attentive service but not overbearing. Nicely paced.

   I am surprised that I have never heard of this restaurant. Ordered the rigatoni, tuna and started with the Boquerones appetizer. All was great. Will be back.

   This is one of my favorite restaurants in the city! Great food, friendly staff. The sandwiches and flat bread offered at lunch are all amazing. You must also try dessert. The cannoli and tiramisu are some of my favorite EVER!

    Our 3rd visit and staff were nice and welcoming. I always order their Caesar salad with real anchovies. We shared that amongst 4 of us but it’s quite adequate if shared by 2. Hubby ordered the duck gnocchi again. The pasta was it more mushy or over cooked than in the past but still good. I tried the fried chicken this time. Didn’t like the sauce and parts of the large piece was dry but wonderfully crispy. BFF ordered the eggplant. It was a large dish and she couldn’t finish. We skipped dessert this time.
