   Eating here on Valentine’s Day was not a good experience. I made reservations for 9pm but couldn’t make it at that time so I made a reservation for 10pm. Arrived and still had to wait outside to be seated. If I made a reservation why do I have to stand outside? Finally got seated after waiting outside for 30 minutes. Ordered the mussels and the lamb chops meal which included basmati rice, asparagus and sauce. The mussels came with bread and I added salmon on the side. They ran out of mussels, asparagus and rice. I ended up ordering oysters and salmon. And for the lamb chop meal instead of rice we got potatoes. The potatoes were cold. Overall the experience for tonight was not worth it. If you close at 2am you should always have food available.

   This was our 1st time attempting to eat here and it was a horrible experience. We had 8:30 reservations; however, when we arrived, there was a line of folks outside of the restaurant. No one greeted us, outside of the security, only to check our ids. Reservations were pointless as we had to wait outside in the cold past 9pm. When we were finally approached by a hostess, we were told that it would be an additional wait. I know it was valentine’s day but clearly they over booked themselves at the cost of potential customers. We ended up just leaving the line and eating somewhere else. There were many people who left the line as well.

   Octopus kitchen over sold and under delivered. They imposed a 90 min table time that turned into a 75 table that felt like 50 minutes of table time. Valet was horrible we spent more time waiting on our car than in the restaurant. I should have been paid to come there versus paying $110 for caned cokes.

   Had a great experience, I’ll definitely be returning. Our server was sweet and attentive . The hookah, drinks & food came out fast even tho it was Valentine’s Day and it was packed. The only reason I’m giving 4 star is because I didn’t like the 75 minute table time, we felt rushed towards the end when we were trying to enjoy our drinks and hookah. And the valet drivers took forever to get our car, so we were standing in the cold freezing. But other than that the restaurant itself is 8/10, next time I’ll come on a not so busy day .

   I love that the were able to accommodate my large party without any hassle. The only thing that was an issue is no one explained that we had to pay one bill until the end. The mimosas special was really good and the food was okay as an overall. I’ve had their dinner and I prefer that menu but we had a great time.

   Octopus kitchen is an awesome place. I love the drinks, the ambience and the vibe. I go at least once a week.

   The food was ok. We didn’t like getting frisked at the door and being forced to pay for valet in a parking lot the size of a matchbox is ridiculous. It’s an average lounge masquerading as a high end seafood restaurant with high end seafood prices. The tipping is ridiculous. 20% tip was automatically rolled into the bill and then we were asked to tip again on top of the 20%! The valet service is in a tiny parking lot with a fee of $22 and they asked for a tip on top too. Definitely a hard pass.

   The greeter, server, waiter and manager was really nice. Excellent customer service. Very helpful and attentive. The food is just okay and it's very skimpy. They do not give alot of food anymore. I haven't been in over a year and they have scaled the food down. They do give complimentary items so that's very nice. I ordered shrimp and fries. I got 6 shrimp and a few fries. I ordered 6 oysters they weren't that great and I ordered 4 octopus egg rolls. I wasn't a fan of that, but wanted to try them. I was hungry again, by the time i was riding home. If they could improve in giving more food then it would be 5 stars
