Oceans, a locally and globally inspired seafood restaurant, was founded by Vancouver’s award-winning Toptable Group with the philosophy of creating a timeless and approachable dining experience. Executive Chef Andy Kitko sets the vision for the menu inspired by the Pacific, Atlantic, and Mediterranean shores that will feature the freshest catches available all accented by seasonal ingredients.

    Large busy restaurant, with lots of staff. Very smooth operation from start to finish. Really enjoyed the shrimp scampi. Delicious and perfect. The chef gifted us with a sample of his mushroom soup. I will order that when I return. Mmm😋.My main course of Branzino was okay… not worth the hefty price tag, and flat in flavor! It was my birthday celebration so we shared the molten chocolate cake. It came out with a candle lit, and was so tasty I wanted to lick the plate.😛Overall, a wonderful dinner!

The filet was so tender it could be cut with a butter knife, and every bite was perfectly prepared. We visited on a Wednesday night, which was noticeably less busy than other nights. Our late reservation meant the kitchen was closing soon after we arrived, but the staff handled it with professionalism—keeping us informed of the timing without making us feel rushed. Their attentiveness extended not just to us but to all the tables around us, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. If you’re looking for a restaurant that combines outstanding food with impeccable service, Oceans on Park Avenue is an excellent choice. We’ll definitely be returning!

    We usually save Oceans for special occasions, but we decided to go tonight because we were nearby for the Anne Frank exhibition. As ever, we had great food and service. One person has lots of dietary restrictions and Jorge, our server, was super nice and accommodating. Highly recommend.
