   Sherri was an excellent server, knowledgeable of the menu, cordial and supportive throughout our dinner. She represents Ocean Prime and the entire team beautifully.

   Ask for Stacy and request the Chilean Bass and Scallops. You will not be disappointed!!

   For those who don’t want to read this whole review, Morale of the story- if you want fine dining, this is NOT it. So if you’re looking for a fine dining experience with really good food, look elsewhere… I’ll start with the very few positive points- calamari is very good, scallops were cooked well, steak was cooked well, and the sides were good. Negatives- First, we sat down and said they would bring bread, which took 35 minutes (although other tables who were sat after us had some..). Time between courses was a MINIMUM of 30 minutes, which is wild. We ordered cream brûlée and ice cream for desert- no way it should have took the kitchen 35 minutes… no one even acknowledged the fact that it took forever. The servers were oblivious to the patrons around them, and kicked my chair (not in a walk way) every-time they walked by. Our server, while very nice, hyper fixated on other tables but really left something to be desired to others. When we sat down, he asked about drinks and when we mentioned we were “beer people” continued to tell us about cocktails, leave for 10 minutes so we could “look over the menu”, and when he came back we had to ask for the beer list which took yet another 10 minutes to receive. My family is in the restaurant business and I come from a city with a large food scene and standard. I was very disappointed in the service and the lack of care. If you’re going to charge fine dining prices, have a way to back it up because the food and service leaves lots to be desired.

   Celebrating our anniversary and I had to get this booth! We definitely enjoyed ourselves, great service, great food and drinks!

   Food was great service is always friendly and best butter cake ever. Prices are high but you definitely get what you pay for.

   Great experience with amazing ambience. While they didn’t have the choices we originally wanted the follow up choices were still top notch. Definitely coming back for another chance at other things on the menu.

   Food and service were amazing. Could adhere to their own dress code better. Dressed up for a date night to a restaurant surrounded with people in sweatpants,sweatshirts and yoga pants. Felt over dressed.

   I am a frequent visitor here. It is the VERY first time my experience was awful. The sea bass was dry and over cooked as was the replacement meal of scallops, which were rubbery with undercooked risotto. The restaurant was cold and the seating of customers was segregated like the 1960s. (Read between those lines!) There was no follow-up from management. The resolution was free dessert. I asked for it to go and the crème brûlée was dumped into a container. Absolutely tacky! I even took a picture. The restaurant used to be classy with great service. What a miss! What a disappointment!

    My family has been going here for years. We had an excellent server by the name of Matthew, who was outstanding. Our issue with the restaurant now is, they have raised their prices, like all restaurants, but they’ve also decreased the size of the side dishes as an example, and one of the fish dishes was bland. The calamari is about 1/2 of what it used to be, and there was more vegetables instead of calamari. It’s the little things that turn you off about a restaurant . The Bernaise sauce, which is now $9, is in a tiny little cup half filled. We won’t be returning when there’s so many other options here in town.
