   This was unfortunately not the new years experience we were hoping for. We do realize it was New Years and therefore quite chaotic, but felt like the place was mismanaged. There was a set menu which was quite pricey at $125/person, and we made reservations. Both of these factors should have helped the busy night go more smoothly and yet it did not. Upon arriving we were told there were no tables and we'd have to wait (our reservation was at 9pm!) We ended up starting at the bar and eventually being given a table, but the service was so slow as we were still being served by the bartender who seemed to have little interest in giving us a good experience. We felt the bussers were trying to do a good job though. Our food took forever, and we were pretty much ignored all night by the bartender/server. We ended up being there for 2 and a half hours, we were all so tired and by the end of it didn't get to enjoy the new years celebrations out on the street. The cost was so extreme I'm still reeling by how much such a disappointing night cost us. The only saving grace was the food was excellent, everyone in my family enjoyed their meals. Unfortunately for me there was only one vegetarian option, and while it looked good and the flavor was nice it was way too spicy and I couldn't eat it. So I basically spent $125 (for myself) and didn't get a very satisfying meal. Maybe under better circumstances this would be a good place to eat.

   100 Awful!! Thank goodness for my wonderful company! We made the reservation weeks in advance and received a text that they were creating a prefix menu for $125 per person not including drinks. At this point everything else in the area was booked. There was not a single decoration, festive item or even champagne to go with the prefix menu Our table was not ready, the staff was rude and the service slow!! Over 2 hours, waiting 1 hour for our appetizers. The food was awful! The shrimp cocktail was 4 small shrimp with ketchup. I asked how large the shrimp was and the waiter said, “what you never had shrimp cocktail before”, there was a reason I asked and they were tiny. The shrimp bisque, the shrimp was cold, probably microwaved. My kids meal was $35, for Mac and cheese, burger or, shrimp cocktail and desert. Then there was an 18% gratuity which was laughable! This restaurant should REFUND everyone for New Years Eve!

   Went for nye which was a price fixe. Restaurant was very busy so food took a very long time to come out - at least one hour for the first course to come to the table. Food was delicious though!!

   First time dining here. I never leave reviews but this was such a bad experience. Service was extremely slow. All our drinks came out wrong to start after waiting almost 35 mins for them. Had shrimp cocktail to start….it was served with Ketchup! I asked for some horseradish but they said they were out of that! Ordered filet with Bernard’s sauce. Steak was cooked ok but was delivered without Bernaise sauce. I asked for Bernaise and he said oh we are out of that. Figured I would try the Carmel bread pudding. It came with no Carmel! I asked….we are out of that. All 4 of us had similar surprises. Bill came and it was 750 bucks! They were charging a flat fee of 150 per person that night plus cocktails. It’s too bad because we live here and will never go back. I announced this to everyone in my bike club this am of about 50 people. Will spread the word to others. They could have at least said what they were out of to make the meal come as stated. I would avoid. There are so many absolutely wonderful restaurants in KW so chose another.

   We thought this would be a great place for New Year's Eve. When I made the reservation, I did not realize it was a set menu. 2 days prior to going, I was sent a set menu and at that point it was too late to find another place. The meals were 4 course at 125 each with no alcohol. Very pricey for what we received and the restaurant was not full. The service was not good at all and we rarely saw our waiter. Definitely not good value for the money. Will likely not go here again, We are Key West residents so this was even more disappointing for us.

   We were surprised at the fixed price menu. It had lots of good choices, we really enjoyed our meal. Price was much higher than we anticipated.

   Shrimp and grits…grits were very overcooked. Specialty cocktail tasted like melted candy cane.
