   Food was OK we had platter for 2 the mussels were tiny no bigger than a finger nail. Disappointing.

   I'm assuming this restaurant has changed ownership, as I've been going there for years and never had such a poor experience. The man at front of house was extremely rude. He had no customer service skills at all. He asked twice if we had a reservation, both times I said yes. He then pointed to a corner and said there is your table. It was not far from the door, so we were freezing all evening. Two separate guests on the table in front asked to be moved. We waited 15 minutes for bread but the main meal came quicker. After 40 minutes the front of started to stare&point at us. He came over&asked if we'd finished eating, even though we had half a platter left. We said no&he said he was pointing at us as he needed to strategises about his next booking. 5 minutes later 'the manager' said she'd been watching us&we hadn't eaten anything for a while,so were we finished&ready to leave. We'd been there45minutes&spent£63!when we told her we weren't finished or ready to leave she said that we had an 'attitude problem'&she was just checking as she had other bookings. Instead of letting us enjoy our belated mothers day meal,she refused to go away&spent10minutes arguing about why she needed the table back after45minutes!This place has gone down hill!The food was very salty,the wine was horrible &the customer service was non existent!never going back&wouldn't recommend it to anyone!

   I had a pleasant Saturday evening meal here. It was satisfactory but not wonderful. I had hake+prawns, which were OK; the best part was probably the accompanying "village salad" which was sort of Greek in style. For pudding, "Eton mess", which was not made to a traditional recipe (it was more of a trifle really) but I enjoyed it all the same. Bizarrely, the mixed-in fruits were warm: frozen I guess and microwaved to bring them to room temperature - and beyond. Service was fine but nothing exceptional. It was all quite acceptable and I might go again, maybe ... But I didn't feel the reality matched up to the impressions given by the chain's website.

   Service was good though our waiter have forgotten to serve our veggie salad… but all in all, food was fantastic, ambience was perfect, cleanliness is superb!!

    I've booked the ocean basket for my 50th birthday dinner with my boyfriend. we've booked days before for 19.30 meal. When we turned up, we've waited 20 minutes at the door waiting to be sitted. There was a crowd of people at the door waiting along with us. The person that was sitting people made up a table right at the door and told us to sit where everyone was standing waiting to get a table we refuse and left we were very disappointed as I always thought when you make a reservation your table would be ready when you get there I don't mind waiting a few minutes to be sitted. Anyway, that was my experience with the ocean basket in Bromley.
