A cozy café situated in the Shoppes at Westlake Village. We offer authentic regional Italian cuisine made with fresh quality ingredients. If you are lucky, you can watch one of our chefs making ravioli or other fresh pastas in our open kitchen. Great food and service on a busy night. Appetizers and entrees were fantastic, however the desserts cream puff and lemon “cake” left a lot to be desired.

Fixed menu for Valentines Day. Food was superb. Service was nonexistent. In over two hours we saw our waitress once to take a drink order and once to take our food order… the food was delivered by bus boy, we then sat for over an hour waiting to get a second glass of wine and never got it. We left without eating dessert and saw 10 other tables all upset because of a total lack of service. Novo is a good spot but this was a horrific experience.

I love this place!!! I’ve been to this restaurant several times and everything I eat there is so delicious. The staff is amazing and so friendly. But the manager is what makes this place the best. He walks around and talks to everybody and really likes to hear what everyone has to say and makes great conversation. He makes everybody feel welcome and it makes you want to keep coming back.

Menu looked good and drew us to dine at Novo. After a few mins we realized that we were in a version of olive garden... More surprising friday night more than 70 percent of restaurant was empty

Have dined here numerous times. This time was after a long time and unfortunately the quality has gone down. Ambience and food have gotten worse. Service was decent.
