   We had a terrific dinner. The eggplant Parmesan appetizer was fantastic. My Roman holiday drink was so good I had 2 of them. Our server Ellie took great care of us! All of the staff were helpful and friendly. Can’t wait to go back and try more of their dishes.

   This location still has a lot of issues with food. We had a terrible experience a few months ago and decided to try the again. The first time we got there right at 5 as we had a show to get to at 730. We were a party of 6 . I and my friend were gonna share and ordered gluten free crust . They brought everyone’s food and then came and told us that they bury our pizza and that was the last one they had.. so we need to order something else. Ordered GF pasta with no meat and they brought it with meat. We finally just asked them to bring us our check as we were running late. The second time, we made sure to ask the server if the beets and polenta sides were gluten free. She said yes when the dishes came , I started eating the beets and something didn’t feel right. So we asked another server and she said both those dishes are not gluten free. Then we asked our server again and she came back and said the beets are not gluten free but the polenta is . She left and came back again and said wait the polenta is also not gluten free and she was sorry. Thankfully I didn’t eat the polenta as I didn’t want to be gluten died even more since I already had the beets. Then I ordered GF pasta with only veggies. And everyone’s food came out but mine, and finally when it came it had meat in it. She said she was sorry again. And was willing to get me another one without mean to take home:( The server’s and kitchen staff definitely need more training and education in general with customer service but also with knowledge of what is gluten free and what is not. Was a very disappointed customer especially as we had taken out of town guests .

   We dinned at the new North last night for our anniversary. The patio is great and the ambiance is perfect. Our server was attentive and helpful when asked about suggestions for drinks and entrees. Food was delicious and good quality. The negatives-they were completely out of Prosecco. This is an Italian restaurant, come on. A quarter of the menus drinks are made with Prosecco so this was very disappointing. I was a server for over a decade. This is unacceptable especially when you have Total Wine down the street. Lastly, they were out of Tiramisu. This was extremely disappointing. The server suggested the butter cake which was okay. Needs ice cream or gelato. It is too dense. The server was unable to find a manager to remove the Tiramisu for over 15 minutes and we continued to sit there and wait to close our check. They should have comped both desserts at that point. Overall, will try again at another time and hopefully they will have worked out some of the kinks.

   Excellent location , service and atmosphere . Had to use valet parking but it was reasonably priced and quick. Loved the kale salad, Will for sure be back !
