   We got there for a 9pm birthday celebration for our 15 year old. We always love this place. It wasn’t as busy as usual - but there was a slight mix up and somehow our foot ticket got trashed so it took a while to get our food. The manager came out to apologize and comped our appetizers. Things happen, we were not mad. In fact, it was impressive service that they recognized it and came to us. Thank you!

   I have had two meals at North Italia in Peoria. In March, our appetizer and lunch were great and we fell in love with the zucco chips that were so light and greaseless- wonderful. We returned for dinner on 4/16/25 with our friends. I bragged about the zucco chips and were very disappointed; greasy and stuck together with some not even fried to crispness. Our entrees were ok but the temperature of the food was not hot. We had to ask if we could have some bread to go with the pasta dishes. Was not offered or just brought to the table. The noise level inside was moderate, somewhat hard to hear over the music. Wait staff was attentive. Overall, disappointed in the experience.

   Our server forgot some things we ordered, was very VERY slow. Food, I thought, was expensive for quality and area. Good tasting, but higher than I thought it was worth.

    Absolutely perfect patio for outdoor dining for brunch! GREAT service without being overbearing. We shared the decadent banana bread for the table, which was sweet and flavorful and addictive! My husband had the breakfast pizza and loved the spicy sausage on it. I had the smoked salmon and avocado toast served on pita bread. Very good and perfectly proportioned. Our friend enjoyed the chicken with potato croquettes. The breakfast mule and the Giada were delicious additions to our brunch.
