I am a lover of North Italia typically, but it seems they were unprepared for the Valentine’s Day rush. My fold was cold, meatballs were not cooked through, waited a ton for my mocktail, the Kitchen forgot our side dish and when it came it it was burnt AND cold, with no care put into the plating. The manager even agreed it was a mess of a dish and took it away. Overall not a great experience last night.

Our server Anna was soooo knowledgeable, sooo charming, and just an overall pleasure! All staff were pleasant. Ambiance was good. One huge open dining room, bar, kitchen. Nice casual atmosphere. Food was fan-freaking-tastic! Only disappointment was the calamari, which was just breaded and fried. Not seasoned well. BUT, the rest of it was phenomenal. Beef tartare was silky and buttery. Arancini was rich and cheesy. I had the short rib Marsala which is one of the best meals I’ve had in a very long time. Finished by a white chocolate apple butter cake that really was the icing on the cake! Beautiful job North. We will most certainly be back to see you!

I came here for a work event earlier in the year and the food was amazing. Came back tonight with my wife and wasn’t disappointed. Both the service and food were great. Will definitely be back

We had a great time at North Italia. The food was fantastic, the service was also excellent. Get the chicken pesto pasta for sure. A bit on the expensive side, but well worth it.

We’ve dined at North Italia and enjoyed it so we returned for dinner tonight. There’s a good vibe with the bar, open kitchen, and seating area. There’s natural light from the windows. In warm weather, there’s outdoor dining as well. The restaurant is located at the King of Prussia Mall near Macy’s and Neiman Marcus. We started with an order of grilled bread and good oil. At $8.50 for 4 slices of grilled bread, it seems a little expensive but it’s delicious. We split the hot honey prosciutto pizza. It was also delicious and a good size to split since we’d had the bread and planned to have dessert. I asked for some marinara to dip my crust. I was given a small cup then noticed a charge on the bill for $3.50 for a side of marinara. Not a big deal but I wasn’t informed that there would be a charge in advance. We split the seasonal butter cake for dessert. It was phenomenal and I wished I’d had my own. They have a full bar plus serve Coke products. Christian K was our server. He was friendly and helpful.

Arrived earlier than our reservations were scheduled for and due to the availability the hostess was very accommodating. Our server was absolutely wonderful I went over and beyond to make date night that much more awesome. The food is authentic Italian style very tasteful as was the dessert. I would definitely recommend visiting this restaurant and I will definitely return.
