   Fantastic food! Tastes were a delight! The chef’s take on the food that was being served was surely known. The food presentation was excellent. If you are looking for the best place for a date night or just want to find a restaurant to be truly enjoyed, look no further than Noka. Service and attentiveness from the wait staff made you feel special. No way to accurately describe the dining experience, but to say that you have to try it to believe what can be found in Kansas City.

   I recently dined at a restaurant that truly impressed me with its amazing food, drinks, and overall ambience. From the moment I walked in, I was captivated by the warm lighting and stylish decor that created a cozy yet sophisticated atmosphere. The music was perfectly curated, enhancing the dining experience without being overpowering. The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the food. Each dish was a work of art, beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The menu offered a delightful variety, catering to different tastes and preferences. The drinks were equally noteworthy; the cocktails were creative and refreshing, perfectly complementing the meal. However, despite the incredible food and atmosphere, the service fell short. Our server seemed distracted and inattentive, which was disappointing given the high standards set by the rest of the experience. We had to wait longer than expected for our orders to be taken and for drink refills. It was a shame because the restaurant had so much potential to be a truly outstanding dining experience. Overall, I would recommend this restaurant for its fantastic food and inviting ambience, but I hope they can improve their service to match the quality of their offerings.

   From the minute we entered, the service was outstanding! You are truly welcome and appreciated at Noka! We e had the shrimp toast, 4 pieces of crunchy, buttery toast slathered with a shrimp spread and topped with sesame seeds. Yum! We shared several sushi , all were delicious. Highly recommend them all. The owner/chef is hands on, charming and very personable, and checked in several times making sure everything was great, and looking for feedback. Our new favorite!

   This was my second time here and it was really disappointing compared to the first time. Aside from hosts staff was mediocre. The chefs counter was not a fun experience like previously had. Food was delicious!

   I had high expectations for this restaurant, but was left with disappointment and a much smaller wallet. The food was not as great as I expected, but it was still good. What I struggled with was the service - we felt so rushed. One of the appetizers we had wasn't even done when they cleared our plate. Numerous times they came to the table trying to take our plates without even asking us if we were done and they hovered. For the price tag associated with this dinner, I would have expected a more refined and leisurely experience. I can say I'm glad we went to say we did, but it will not be a place I return or even recommend.

    Exceptional dining experience. Dining at a truly great restaurant should be an experience that enjoins all the senses and our anniversary meal at Noka was truly that - from the atmosphere that transported us to the music selection, the delectable menu choices, and the friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable staff our evening went from a celebration of memories to a special occasion that we will consider one our favorite date nights in our two decades together.
