   Christmas evening, super busy night. All working looked busy and trying their best. A few items never delivered but they made up for it. Wagyu Tacos, Shishito Peppers, Crispy Tuna Rice, Yellowtail Ponzu apps all amazing as always.

   Didn’t see our server after we ordered drinks for 30 minutes. Took 40 minutes until we got our first drink, hour plus for appetizer/entree. We ordered everything right up front. Overall food was good albeit overpriced compared to similar quality spots in the area. I wouldn’t go back due to service being so slow and no one is available.

   First and last time visiting this location NOBU SCOTTSDALE. We have visited NOBU in Vegas a few times, and just recently found out that we have one in Scottsdale/pretty much in our backyard. What an incredible disappointment! Waited 1.5 hours to get our food after ordering Waitress was visibly annoyed with us asking how long will take to get our food Manager was least bit helpful Sushi tasted like they were bought at the grocery store We live in TUCSON and granted it was Christmas Day, we made a reservation for 5pm when restaurant just opened, so there was no reason for food to take 1.5 hours to arrive We had other plans after Christmas Day dinner, and had a 2 hour drive home to TUCSON, and had to work the next day. No matter how busy the restaurant was, there was no reason for 1.5 hour wait for the food to arrive. We didn’t order anything complicated, couple sushi rolls and some meat from the grill. Needless to say, will not be visiting this location ever again, so terribly disappointed!

   Food was superb as always. Service was very uneven but I’ll Chalk that up to it being Xmas eve. Maybe time to revamp the menu a little bit and add a tiny bit more variety in the non fish choices.

   Great meal as usual. But we ordered Lobster MP and did not get the price. I was surprise to see the bill around $450 with $150 for the lobster. I should have ask but this is way too expensive compared to all the other courses. Next time I feel I have to ask what is your MP for the lobster.

   Christmas Eve and service was terrible and unapologetic. Nobody at the table got entrees at the same time so we did not enjoy dinner at the same time. Some entrees came before appetizers and drinks ordered mid-meal came after the meal and two follow up requests. Very frustrating experience and no apologies or anything done to make up for my worst dining experience in years.

   Great time. Our waiter, River, did an amazing job. I recommend trying the custom menu option. It's worth it if you're looking to try new things.

   My 2nd time celebrating my anniversary there and it was even better than the first. Service was EXCELLENT and our food was amazing. We will definitely be celebrating a third time. My compliments to all the chefs/cooks working hard during this busy season. Cheers.

    Very underwhelming Especially for the price Don’t mind paying premium prices but the value here is crap Waited 45 mins for miso cod to come out and it was raw Bleh
