   My 2nd time celebrating my anniversary there and it was even better than the first. Service was EXCELLENT and our food was amazing. We will definitely be celebrating a third time. My compliments to all the chefs/cooks working hard during this busy season. Cheers.

   Very underwhelming Especially for the price Don’t mind paying premium prices but the value here is crap Waited 45 mins for miso cod to come out and it was raw Bleh

   Had a great sushi dinner on the patio last night. Sushi as always fast amazing and worth the money. Cocktails and wine were done right and the service as always was top notch.

   Service was probably the worst I have had in a long time at a restaurant that is known for for being high end. There are no descriptions on the menu and when asking questions about certain items because a guest at our table had an onion allergy, she would get frustrated and say do you want me to come back. The sushi was good but not impressive. The Scottsdale location definitely needs some refining. When our table of two couples wanted to pay we asked for separate checks and the server replied we don’t split checks here and if you want it itemized you can do it yourself and pay each other. We waited too long in between drink refills and food prep. Very disappointing

   It took over 30 minutes to get our first drink! And then he finally brought the menus. He was a very nice waiter, but he did say that he was having computer issues. Although he could’ve handwritten a tab and taken it over to the bar and had the drinks made he did not think to do that until I had to tell him being a restaurant owner myself over the years before retiring. It’s a shame because it’s such a beautiful place and we’ve been there many times but when you have to sit at your table in a three-quarter empty restaurant and not have a drink in front of you for over 30 minutes, that’s sad. And he did nothing to make it up to us but apologize which I guess is OK. It would’ve been nice if he brought us that 30 minute drink on the house.

   Love Nobu - our recent experience at the counter seating (which is our favorite) was unfortunately not great on the service side. It took about 15 mins to get greeted and after our 1st course (hot course) the server never came back. Luckily, when seated at the counter the sushi chef does take your cold order. However, throughout our experience we had to flag down a server and manager on multiple occasions for drink, hot food and our check. We love coming to Nobu and love the experience of the counter - this time really turned us off and most likely will wait a bit to return. There was a VIP customer next to us who got thorough attention, which I’m sure didn’t help. Just disappointing but still absolutely wonderful food and the sushi chefs made the entire thing better.

   This was me and my wife’s first time here. We were celebrating her birthday and our waiter Josheph gave us an amazing experience. All of the food he had suggested for us to try was impeccable. Full of flavor. Thank you for the wonderful experience and making my wife’s birthday special.

   Very average for the exorbitant price. The service wasn't great. The waiter walked away halfway through describing some items on the menu. Most of the food was either very salty or extremely bland. You could get just as good as sushi in any strip mall anywhere.
