About this restaurant

  • Good for special occasions
  • Good for business meals
  • Hot spot
Chef Nobu Matsuhisa brings his world-renowned Japanese cuisine to the Paris Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. This inspired fine dining experience provides the ideal intimate setting to enjoy signatures like Yellowtail Sashimi with Jalapeño and Black Cod Miso alongside finely crafted signature cocktails, including guest favorites like the Lychee Martini and Nobu side car.

If you are dining at Nobu for the first time, family style is highly recommended. For parties of 6 or more the Chef recommends the menus eight highlights. The best way to enjoy is to start with 2 or 3 cold dishes, then move to 2-3 hot ones. Finally end with 2-3 pieces of sushi and dessert. All these shared family style.

For parties over 13 please email nobuparisreservations@caesars.com to reserve or call the restaurant directly.

Excellent flavors, was seated promptly with my reservation with clients. The music was a bit loud for me so conversation was a bit of a challenge.

The Nobu in the Paris Hotel - Las Vegas doesn’t do the Nobu brand justice. While the food was still very good, the service and the restaurant vibe were all wrong. In fact, the service and the ambiance at this Nobu made a meal that I’ve ordered and gladly paid top dollar for at other locations feel over priced and “basic”. Nobu is supposed to be a destination dining experience but this one just wasn’t it. - The waiting area is in the loud & busy walkway. - The Server took a very long time to greet us. And even longer to actually take our order. - The person delivering the food spoke quietly in a loud restaurant setting and couldn’t be heard describing the meal. - The table next to us was full of people with zero respect and treated the place like it was McDonald’s. I suspect that happens a lot at this particular location. - The bill for my wife, daughter, and I was over $350 w/ tip. I know going in it’s going to be expensive. However, the Nobu experience is usually worth every penny. Unfortunately, not at this location. The two other Las Vegas locations at the Virgin Hotel and Caesars Palace are significantly better. They just feel more like what a Nobu should. We’ve been to both in LV many times, and to quite a few Nobu locations across the Country….And we will go back again for sure. That said, we won’t return to this one though

Booked reservation on open table. Beware. The $100 fee to secure your table is a charge to seat you near the kitchen. Biggest ripoff. Beware

This meal was absolute perfection. We chose the signature Omakaze and it was an unbelievable experience. The cold fish dishes are exquisite. The fish just melts in your mouth. The sauces are perfect. The service is impeccable. The sake is the best I have ever had. It is not for every day at this price but it is an experience I will never forget

Saw many openings on Open Table so we walked up and the host told us we have to make a reservation on Open table with deposit required. So we did. And then the host tells me that it may be delayed cuz they are busy. We got sat 25 minutes after the reservation time at the bar but there were other open tables-not bar. Me and my friend are both petite asians. Feel very much so discriminated.

We value your feedback and will use it to improve our service. We are sorry we misunderstood the bar top seating was acceptable and would like to invite your back. I sincerely hope to have the opportunity to show you that you are a valued guest at Nobu Paris. All the best, Misty Landsverk General Manger

Hosted a six-person business dinner after a long day walking and working a trade show at the Venetian, and Nobu at the Paris Hotel was the perfect way to unwind. The atmosphere was vibrant but relaxed—ideal for connecting with clients over an exceptional meal. We were seated in a spacious booth—three of us in the booth, two in chairs—which was comfortable and conducive to conversation. We decided to let our server (I wish I could remember her name!) take the lead on ordering, and it was the best decision we could’ve made. She curated an incredible tasting experience featuring top sellers, hidden gems, and spot-on sake pairings that left everyone impressed and happily imbibed. The service was outstanding across the board—knowledgeable, attentive, and intuitive. We had two guests with gluten allergies, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure their meals were safe, delicious, and free from cross-contamination. With so many great dining options in Vegas, Nobu at the Paris stands out as a top-tier experience for both food and hospitality. Highly recommend.

We booked a reservation with an additional charge of $25 per person for what was advertised as an “experience.” Unfortunately, there was no experience to be had. We were seated at a sushi bar facing a wall and the kitchen, which completely detracted from the Japanese-inspired atmosphere we anticipated. To make matters worse, both my husband and I became ill and were up all night, forcing us to cut our trip short. We are regulars at the Nobu in Newport Beach, and this visit was an entirely different and disappointing experience. We will not be returning to this location.
