No matter what I order, the food is always uniquely delicious. Cocktails are always balanced variations of classics and done well. Good wine list. But the PEOPLE that serve, host, and make food for you is why Noble Rot is among the best in Portland. 20+ years for a reason. Go there.

Service was great! We only had appetizers and a drink but the salads were wonderful and my friend's fries were just about perfect. The view is amazing. It's not always easy to park in the area though.

We were excited to try this place for a special dinner out. Views are great, love the atmosphere and wine flights. We didn’t see an actual wine list, so may be the only options. Their basic salad is truly no frills, halibut is good, though nothing noteworthy. Everything we tasted was unfortunately over salted.

We had such a lovely meal at Noble Rot! The staff was so warm and welcoming, and repeatedly acknowledged our occasion. Food was fantastic, fresh, and innovative. Server was very knowledgeable and offered varying suggestions. Both my partner and I are longtime servers, so to be taken care of to this degree was refreshing for such a special occasion. The cocktails were unique, balanced, and interesting. If I had to provide any critique, and it would be hard to, I would say that the baguette appetizer could stand to be improved upon. As a vegetarian, though, finding dishes that play with texture, flavor, and ingredient can be fairly laborious, and Noble Rot did not disappoint there. Would absolutely return (and likely eat less next time to save room for dessert!)

Noble Rot is and will always be our go to for date nights, birthdays, anniversaries and friend gatherings. We got engaged here nearly 4 years ago to the day! The service, the food, the cocktails/wine and the ambience make NR a full one stop shop for greatness! We came tonight to celebrate Noble Rot’s 22 year anniversary, Veterans Day and to see our favorite bartender Josh who was guest bartending for just one night! Grady was fabulous and the rest of the bar staff were attentive and so friendly! Thanks to Allison and Courtney for putting and keeping a great team together! The halibut and the lamb were to die for. And do NOT for get the brownie for dessert! 🩷

The noise level made it difficult to speak with my other party. Some noise dampening panels hung from the ceiling would be helpful.
